wassup everybody..
I was completely drained .. I took a rest day and I got the most sleep I've gotten in awhile!! I came home from work and passed out around 7:00p.m and I just woke up about 20 min ago at 6:30a.m!!
I spent the last couple days out of town visiting a girl i met and I was completely tapped out I was planing on going to the gym to do cardio and abs at least but I literally got home from work and passed out.. I even missed my last meal
Total rest: 11.5 hrs!!
