Your best way to be shredded - diet

I have not really dieted in about 2 years. I am dieting right now and losing fat at a steady rate. I am going natural for the time being, so I see myself losing a little muscle just because with work at times I cannot eat enough, I hope to change this though. Right now im running a high protein, low carb on most days around 50 to 60g's but on certain days I am cycling the carbs and keeping them higher to keep my body from being stuck in a rut. Today ill be pretty good until about 6 thats my cheat meal I am thinking buffalo wild wings haha. Thats generally my go to.

I have done the Dave Palumbo Keto diet, and let me tell you, followed step by step it works!! It is probably the toughest diet I have ever followed however as I am a carb fanatic and need some just to keep me sane. I think most of the diets can work well if used properly it depends on the person and body type on how well and the focus of the individual. If you can stand High fat trace carbs and high protein look into the palumbo diet I think I have put an article about it on here somewhere.
 
Simple, always always keep calories high! On training days: no carbs except pre wo (from whatever you want!). On off days, keto all day. One day a week, consume nothing but shakes minus a lean protein meal for dinner.

Fat burners like eca or the aggressive otc ones will help too. Add in cardio as needed and lift heavy.

Side note: this is my year round diet. Perma recomp haha

Viscous bro. Sounds like it works awesome. Carb cycle myself every 2 or 3 days ill carb up. Hit a wall last time with this routine though.

I've been eating like this for about a year now and we will see how far it takes me. I'm a true 8% in a week anytime I want to be.

That's exactly why I said that because so many people say they have 8% and have love handles. I'm around 9-10 now and have large veins running across my chest.
 
High Protein, VERY low carbs like under 2 cups cooked brown rice a day and as little fat as possible. I know this is what gets me lean but it so hard to do. Carbs kill me. Anyone who says sugar is not addicting is a bold face liar.

This and just add cardio. Viola...
 
Personally I've found it better overall for me to eat more carbs and just do more cardio. It's more work, but I look much better and don't suffer from low energy levels and flat muscles. That being said, not everyone can or will do an hour of cardio 6 times a week

I know lots of people like this. I'm not at all like that, but just goes to show, everybody has to figure out what works for them.
