My muscles, connective tissue, and metabolism thrive at 60mcgs. I started at 50mcg which was awesome, but found 60mcg was even better as I got bigger. I probably won't go higher since I got noticable stomach distention.

I'm getting ready 2 start IGF-1 4 the first time was going 2 do 20mcgs in the morning and 20mcgs after my work out an do like 4 days on an 1 day off! Can anyone give me anymore info doing this way? If it would be good or not.
