PNBA Alondra Chatman’s 2022 Natural Olympia Training Update
2x Figure Natural Olympia champ Alondra Chatman shares the tweak she’s making in her training to prepare for 2022 Natural Olympia.
Professional Natural Bodybuilding Association (PNBA) athlete Alondra Chatman plans to have another big year. Chatman is a 2x Natural Olympia champ and is in the works to retain her title this year. Alondra Chatma is the reigning 2021 Natural Olympia champ of the Figure division. She’s also a multi-media athlete with a contract with Generation Iron, Iron Man Magazine, and International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA)/PNBA. After getting in touch with Chatman, she told us she had started training for the upcoming 2022 Natural Olympia and updated us on her training. Chatman said:
“I’m starting my training for the 2022 Natural Olympia. I’ll be doing a 5-6 week build phase – less cardio, a few more calories but keeping nutrition strict. Then cutting down for the stage thereafter.”
Alondra Chaman plans to incorporate more calories and less cardio in her prep for the upcoming Natural Olympia show. Her training tweak will likely have the reigning champ come in with a fuller look, displaying more dense muscle. Alondra Chatman has had a successful year thus far. She was the winner of the Pro Figure division winner at the 2022 INBA PNBA Pro/Am International Iron Man Magazine Championships show in Hermosa Beach, CA, at the end of July.
Natural Olympia and Figure Division
Natural Olympia is the year’s last show for the INBA PNBA league in Las Vegas, NV, from November 10-13, 2022. It’s the biggest show in natural bodybuilding, and elite competitors from many countries put their blood, sweat, and tears into this event. The competition is fierce, but the camaraderie is amiable.
Athletes compete for a chance to make their countries proud, taking home a medal and earning a chance to win significant cash and prizes. Last year’s prize was a Harley-Davidson, which Philip Ricardo Jr. was lucky to take home.
There are many categories for competitors, and Chatman is in the Figure class. Since muscle mass is imperative to the judge’s eye, it’s likely why Chatman has increased her caloric intake and lowered her cardio. She wants to appear on stage bigger than she did this past year.
Although the top competitors in the women’s Figure division hold a solid amount of muscle on their frames, they don’t contain as much muscle as the Women’s Bodybuilding and Women’s Physique divisions. However, Figure athletes will be more muscular than bikini athletes.
Alondra Chatman on Appearing in Love Lies Bleeding
Besides training for Natural Olympia, Alondra Chatman has other exciting things on the horizon. Alondra Chatman is one of three INBA PNBA athletes selected for the upcoming bodybuilding movie starring Kristen Steward, Ed Davis, and Dave Franco, Love Lies Bleeding. She expressed:
“I’m just back from shooting for the Love Lies Bleeding movie in New Mexico this past week. That was awesome. I’ll play a bodybuilder in an 80’s bodybuilding show. I really enjoyed this experience and look forward to being in front of the camera again soon!”

After Dominating at the Texas Pro, Andrew Jacked Could Be The Future of Bodybuilding
Andrew Jacked looks to have a bright future in bodybuilding.
Andrew Jacked dominated the competition at the Texas Pro, showing that he could be the future of the Men’s Open Bodybuilding division. With a topflight line up Andrew had his work cut out for him in Texas. Despite that fact, Andrew passed that test with flying colors.
Just like that, we have a new contender. After his showing at the 2022 Texas Pro Show, Andrew jacked has proven that he’s a force to be reckoned with in the Men’s Open Bodybuilding division. He looked superhuman as he stepped onto the stage against some of the best bodybuilders in the world. He was even able to outduel a line up featuring Steve Kuclo, Quinton “Beastwood” Eriya, and Kamal Elgargni. After pulling off such an impressive feat in his pro debut it’s clear. Andrew Jacked has the potential to become the future of the division.
From The Front
Having a truly impressive amount of musculature, it was clear that Andrew Jacked would be impressive from his sheer size. But perhaps no one was prepared for what we saw at the Texas Pro. Andrew looked 3D in comparison to the competition in the front side posing. Every pose from the front was truly impressive. Every muscle popped as the talented bodybuilder shifted from pose to pose. His front double bicep and most muscular poses shined as he outdid his talented veteran competition.
Andrew Jacked sported a truly impressive midsection and some impressive quads as well. Standing at 6’2’’ Andrew cut a domineering frame on stage. Possibly weighing in over 290lbs also potentially helped his case at the Texas Pro show. From the front, Andrew Jacked is dangerous for any competitor in the Men’s Open division.
From The Side
Andrew Jacked is also very impressive from the side. In his side chest pose, particularly his upper body, Andrew was unmatched. While he could have used more muscle separation in the legs, he was still able to outshine everyone on stage. That is certainly a statement, especially when you consider that Andrew was allegedly not in top form at this show.
From The Back
Here is where we could see a bit of weaknesses in the physique of Andrew Jacked. That by no means insinuates that he’s weak from the back. In fact, Andrew shows some incredible musculature in his upper back and his hamstrings. His lower back needs to be tightened up just a bit and he could use more definition in his hamstrings. The size is there, but he’ll need to work on the separation with his back and side poses.
Overall
Andrew Jacked is a massive bodybuilder who has yet to reach his full potential. He has what it takes to really threaten the top of the Men’s Open division.

Joseph Baena Leads Mike O’Hearn Through Workout To Pump Up Arms
Joseph Baena and Mike O’Hearn took viewers through an effective arm workout.
Joseph Baena has made headlines recently for his comments and deception involving the gym. Baena, who is the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, recently joined Mike O’Hearn for an arm workout to pump biceps and triceps.
O’Hearn has made waves as an all-natural bodybuilder that parlayed his career in modeling and acting. He has also appeared on the cover of many fitness magazines. Baena is another individual who has developed an impressive physique and is working to make a name for himself on the big screen.
Mike O’Hearn shared a video to his YouTube channel hitting arms with Baena at Gold’s Gym. Upon his arrival, Joseph Baena led the workout while the two gave different insights on how to build bigger arms.
Mike O’Hearn and Joseph Baena Hit Arms
In the video, there were just two exercises hit — dumbbell skull crushers and standing straight bar bicep curls. The workout might have went on longer but the video was kept to a minimum.
LISTEN: The Mike O’Hearn Show | Generation Iron Network Podcast
Baena began by explaining how he likes to get a full pump to begin arm day.
“So what I usually like to do with the triceps is superset with a little biceps to get the full pump. So you get the stretch, the squeeze on both ends,” Baena said.
The duo began performing skull crushers. Mike O’Hearn completed them first before looking at Baena’s form.
Joseph Baena attacked the workout with curled wrists as the dumbbells are being brought up. This is used instead of using a hammer grip. O’Hearn explained the intensity of this movement and shared his thoughts.
“I don’t know if you guys see this but to me it looks like he is on stage and he is posing through the exercise. Youngsters go – “Oh, he flexed through the whole exercise? You don’t just lift it?
You’re posing and moving the waist. If he knows it at that age before I knew it at that age, how much better is he gonna be than I ever was.”
Mike O’Hearn closed out the workout with some words of wisdom on how to approach each rep. It is important to focus on the technique of each rep in order to get the bet results.
“You don’t do 12 reps. You do one rep until you get to 12,” O’Hearn said.

The 8 Best Triceps Exercises for Thick Arms
These are the best 8 triceps exercises to build massive mass in your arms.
Thick arms are manly, and nothing screams masculine more than robust and massive triceps. That’s because your triceps make up two-thirds of your arms. Therefore, it’s critical to focus more on your triceps than your biceps to build burly arms. There are various exercises, but this article will cover the 8 best triceps exercises.
Best Triceps Exercises
Bench Dips
Dips
Triceps Dumbbell Kickback
Seated Triceps Press
Skull Crusher
Cable Triceps Extension Pushdown
Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension
Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension
Bench Dips
[embedded content]
As the name implies, bench dips are dips performed on a bench. All the resistance you need for this movement is your body weight. Your triceps will have to work hard to push your body weight. And you’ll be able to get a greater range of motion since the height of the bench will allow you to dip down lower.
Benefits of Bench Dips
It allows you a greater range of motion for your triceps.
This exercise tests your ability to lift and move your body weight.
You’ll be able to perform higher reps on this movement, which builds more endurance in your triceps.
How to Do Bench Dips
Face perpendicular to a bench, put your palms down on the bench with your fingers firmly gripping the edge of the bench (glutes facing the ground). For beginners, place your feet on the floor with your hips flexed at a 90-degree angle. Advanced lifters can have their legs straight out with their heels on the ground for support.
Dips
[embedded content]
Dips test your relative strength (strength for your body weight) and will challenge your triceps ability to lift your entire body weight. This movement is a compound exercise that will also target your shoulders and chest muscle. And you can add extra weight by attaching a load to a belt, increasing the resistance you lift.
Benefits of Dips
Dips are a compound movement that targets your chest and shoulders too.
You can attach weight to a belt to lift more than your body weight.
It will get you strong for your size.
How to Do Dips
Grab parallel bars, jump up, and extend your arms to get into the starting position. Next, lower your body down until your arms create a 90-degree angle, then push your body up.
Triceps Dumbbell Kickback
[embedded content]
Triceps dumbbell kickback emphasizes the lateral head of your triceps, the most visible of the three heads. It’s a great isolation movement to add volume to your triceps. It also increases your shoulder and arm stability and flexibility.
Benefits of Triceps Dumbbell Kickback
This exercise isolates your most visible tricep head.
It increases your shoulder and arm stability.
How to Do Dumbbell Kickback
Bend over and use a bench or dumbbell rack for support with one arm. Then, with your back straight, bring the other arm to your side holding a dumbbell, keep your elbows stable, and use your triceps to “kick” the weight back.
Seated Triceps Press
[embedded content]
A seated triceps press is performed on a triceps pushdown machine. The machine will allow you to use heavier loads than other triceps exercises. Plus, it’s safer than free weights since it’s a machine.
Benefits of Seated Triceps Press
It’s safer than free-weight triceps exercises.
The machine facilitates a more significant load than other triceps isolation movements.
How to Do Seated Triceps Press
Find a triceps pushdown machine and sit down with your back and feet in points of contact with the bench and foot support/ground. Push the weight down until your arms are fully extended, and then bring the weight back up until the machine plates touch.
Skull Crusher
[embedded content]
The skull crusher is arguably the most effective triceps exercise. That’s because the skull crusher is done using a barbell, allowing you to use a heavy load with free weights. It’s best to perform this exercise with an EZ bar to comfort and protect your wrists.
Benefits of Skull Crusher
Skull crushers allow you to use a heavier load with free weights to gain size and strength in your triceps.
It challenges your core stability.
How to Do Skull Crusher
Lie supine on a bench and extend an EZ bar over your head. While keeping your elbows stable, use your triceps to lower the barbell to your forehead, then extend the barbell back to the starting position.
Cable Triceps Extension Pushdown
[embedded content]
Cable triceps extension pushdown is an excellent movement for keeping tension on your triceps through each degree of the extension since it’s performed on a cable machine. Grasping the cable will improve grip strength and engage your core, back, and shoulders.
Benefits of Cable Triceps Extension Pushdown
This movement engages your core, back, and shoulders.
It keeps the tension the same throughout the entirety of the exercise.
This exercise strengthens your grip strength.
How to Do Cable Triceps Extension Pushdown
Set a cable machine to its highest point. Make sure the extension is a small cable bar. Grab the bar with a pronated grip and push down until your arms are fully extended; keep your elbows locked. Lastly, bring the barbell back up until the plates touch for a full triceps extension.
Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension
[embedded content]
Dumbbell overhead triceps extensions target all three triceps heads and allow a full range of motion. It also increases your shoulder and elbow stability. Plus, you can use decent weight since you’re using two hands.
Benefits of Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension
This exercise gives you a full range of motion with moderate weight to target your triceps.
It increases your shoulder and elbow stability.
This movement activates all three triceps heads.
How to Do Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension
Sit on a bench with an upright posture. Lift a dumbbell over your head with both hands, grasping the top end of the dumbbell (dumbbell perpendicular to the floor). Lower the dumbbell until your triceps are as far down as they can go comfortably, then fully extend the dumbbell back overhead.
Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension
[embedded content]
Cable rope overhead triceps extension targets the long head of your triceps and is an exercise that requires focus to improve your mind-muscle connection. The cables provide constant tension on your triceps through the entire range of motion. And this study concluded that overhead triceps extension builds more muscle than pushdowns (1).
Benefits of Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension
It keeps the tension the same on your triceps.
This exercise targets the long head of your triceps.
Cable rope overhead triceps extension improves your mind-muscle connection for more significant muscle growth.
How to Do Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension
Put a cable machine at its highest point with a rope attachment. Grab the rope, and turn the opposing away in a staggered stance for support. Then, bend over slightly and extend the cable rope overhead. Next, return the cable rope down to the starting position.
About the Triceps
The triceps muscle is the antagonist of the biceps muscles on your arm. And it’s composed of three heads: medial, lateral, and long, which explains why your triceps make up ⅔ thirds of your arm. Your triceps is responsible for extending your arms. And different triceps movements will target other heads of your triceps more, depending on the exercises (2). For example, cable overhead triceps extension targets more of your long head due to the elevation.
You use your triceps on pushing movements (anything that extends your elbows). And it plays a crucial role in big compounds chest movements, such as barbell bench press, since it’s a secondary muscle targeted during pressing exercises.
How to Get Your Triceps Stronger
It would be best to get your triceps stronger as you would for bigger muscle groups like your chest–increase the weight you lift as often as possible. However, since your triceps is a smaller muscle group, you won’t be able to advance in weight as fast. Therefore, you’ll want to focus on higher reps and more volume via more sets to increase the size and strength of your triceps since you’ll be using lighter weight.
We recommend you perform 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps for your triceps exercises if you’re doing a split routine that includes a bigger muscle group and tricep movements at the end. So, for example, if you’re training your chest and triceps one day, you’ll perform two triceps exercises after your chest movements and do 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps for each exercise. And if you have a separate day just for arms, then you can do three triceps exercises (and three biceps exercises) and perform three sets each in the 12-15 rep range.
Rules to Follow
Keep Your Elbows Fixed
It’s easy to swing your arms on triceps movements to use heavier weight, but that takes the tension off your triceps. Using a lighter weight with your elbow in a fixed position better targets your triceps.
Warm-Up
Although your triceps is a smaller muscle group compared to a bigger muscle group like your chest, it’s still important to do a thorough warm-up to increase your triceps strength on exercises and prevent injury. If you’re training your chest on the same day, the chest exercises you do will act as a warm-up since you use your triceps as a secondary muscle for pushing movements. However, if you’re training your triceps on separate days, we recommend you perform 2-3 sets with lighter weight before using heavier weights on your first triceps exercise.

PNBA Natural Olympia Classic Physique Masters Champ Tamer Barakat Details 8-Week Contest Prep
PNBA Natural Olympia Classic Physique Masters champ Tamer Barakat details his change in nutrition and training during 8-week contest prep.
Generation Iron recently got an update on Professional Natural Bodybuilding Association (PNBA) Natural Olympia Classic Physique Masters champ, Tamer Barakat, preparing for competition. Barakat is currently undertaking an 8-week contest prep, and he says his nutrition and training regimen has changed compared to last year. Barakat stated:
“My prep this year is quite different from last year’s. I am doing much less cardio overall at this point, and keeping my caloric deficit smaller to slow down my weekly rate of loss (ROL) to 0.75-1.0 lb, which has helped me so far to hold on to all my muscle mass and get as conditioned at this point in prep like last years but at 3lbs heavier.
My training is quite different as well, a blood volume/progressive overload programming, at a much higher intensity and strength.”
Barakat is working with a coach. And they believe this change will bring a bigger and fuller look to step onto the Natural Olympia stage in better condition than last year. Tamer Barakat is the reigning Nautal Olympia Classic Physique Masters champion. And despite weighing 40-60 lbs less than the average Men’s Bodybuilding division, Barakat received 2nd place in Men’s Bodybuilding Grand Masters and fifth place in the Men’s Bodybuilding Open at 2021 Natural Olympia.
Tamer Barakat, Veganism, Olympic Lifting
Tamer Barakat has had quite a natural bodybuilding career thus far, and we all know your training regime and nutrition are vital to a bodybuilder’s success. However, Barakat’s training methodology isn’t quite the norm of a bodybuilder’s training protocol. He includes Olympic lifts, such as cleans and snatches, as part of his training program. Barakat believes including Olympic lifting in his weekly training will help him gain more strength and trigger a higher neuroendocrine response.
Tamer Barakat performs snatches and jump-roping in the clips below.
Regarding nutrition, Tamer Barakat swears veganism has played a significant role in his success. Barakat claims 90% of his nutrition comes from plant-based foods, which include spinach, mushrooms, quinoa, and oatmeal. Although, Tamer Barakat isn’t the only avid vegan INBA PNBA athlete. PNBA Michael Ferencsik is an overt vegan and animal rights activist. And Ferencsik attributes his 40-pound weight loss to his diet.
Tamer Barakat was the first vegan to sign a multi-media contract with Generation Iron, Iron Man Magazine, and INBA PNBA.
INBA PNBA Opportunites
Tamer Barakat is among other high-quality INBA PNBA athletes with good standing in the league to receive a multi-media contract. The contract gives INBA PNBA athletes an opportunity for professional growth and promotions. This includes brand building via digital media write-ups, social media posts, and photo shoots.
The INBA PNBA makes it a point to get their athletes in the spotlight and give them opportunities. For example, 3 INBA PNBA athletes were picked to appear in the upcoming bodybuilding movie starring Kristen Stewart, Ed Davis, and Dave Franco, Love Lies Bleeding. A film described as “a romance fueled by ego, desire, and the American dream.”

Mike O’Hearn Responds To Bloggers Calling Out Hollywood’s Biggest Fake Natty | The Mike O’Hearn Show
[embedded content]
Mike O’Hearn and Vlad Yudin debate “tabloid content creators” in bodybuilding and whether it is worth trying to educate audiences to look past clickbait headlines.
In July 2022, Kenny KO released a video featuring Mike O’Hearn in which he tried to get O’Hearn to admit that he took, at minimum, TRT due to being middle age. While the video wasn’t quit “gotcha journalism” – it did attempt to disprove O’Hearns long held general assertion. That he has been completely natural with an amazing physique and powerful strength for nearly four decades. In Generation Iron and Barbend’s latest episode of The Mike O’Hearn Show, Vlad Yudin and Mike debate about “tabloid content creators” and whether it is a waste of time to engage with them.
When Mike O’Hearn was approached by Kenny KO in the aforementioned video. O’Hearn took quite a bit of time to try and explain his position. Instead of just blowing off Kenny KO’s questions. He instead challenged him, and his audience, to understand O’Hearn’s perspective. Mike O’Hearn has long been criticized for his all-natural bodybuilding and powerlifting claims. Some in the fitness industry believe it to be impossible to accomplish what O’Hearn has done without the aid of PEDs or steroids.
But Mike O’Hearn thinks that this belief is simply due to cultural programming. Why does the mass audience in bodybuilding and fitness think that there cannot be outliers from the norm? Why is it impossible for O’Hearn to be all-natural with a physique similar to an enhanced athlete? Just like there are timeless legends in other sports – such as Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, and Muhammad Ali. Why can’t there be exceptions like that for all-natural athletes?
Generation Iron’s Vlad Yudin, after watching the video, believes that Mike O’Hearn is barking up the wrong tree. Why waste his time trying to explain it to an audience that just wants shock value? Let’s break down how Mike and Vlad debate on the topic below.
Is it worth engaging with clickbait content creators?
Initially during this episode’s debate, Mike O’Hearn defends his actions. He thinks that it is worth trying to educate Kenny KO and his audience on a different perspective of bodybuilding and fitness. One that is, perhaps, less popular than the mainstream norm.
Mike O’Hearn understands that most people cannot accomplish what he’s done all-natural. Genetics play a big part. But even beyond genetics – intense unreal work ethic is needed. In a world of convenience and constant entertainment, it’s hard to dig deep and build the drive to push limits. But that doesn’t mean it’s not impossible. O’Hearn wants to help open people’s minds to believe that the impossible is possible. In the hope of inspiring more people to reach new levels of accomplishment.
O’Hearn uses cancer as an example. We know cancer is a very dangerous disease. It kills many people every year on this planet. But we also know that many people survive it thanks to advances in science. But even beyond that – we have all seen or heard stories of miracle survival stories beyond even science’s expectations.
If we can believe and understand those kinds of miracles. Why can’t the bodybuilding community believe in rare individuals like Mike O’Hearn? Why can’t we believe that, despite it being common, a rare exception can exist. An all-natural mass monster at age 50.
“I want people to experience health and fitness like I did or Robby or Lee Haney. You can really make a great life for yourself healthy wise.”
– Mike O’Hearn
This is what Mike O’Hearn was trying to explain to Kenny KO and his audience in the viral video. However, Vlad Yudin believes this is a waste of time. It’s the wrong audience to try and convince. They watch for a specific purpose. So O’Hearn’s words will likely fall on deaf ears.
O’Hearn ultimately concedes and agrees with Vlad. Perhaps his time is better spent educating his own audience – people who tune in with different expectations. However, O’Hearn does not see tabloid content creators as an enemy. He understands that we all like to be entertained. Kenny KO is simply entertainment – not educational. Perhaps even many of the comments online criticizing O’Hearn are people just entertaining themselves – and are not real hard felt beliefs.
Is tabloid viral content influencing audiences? Or are audiences influencing the content?
Mike O’Hearn and Vlad Yudin then jump into the wider topic of clickbait, tabloid journalism, and viral content. Does clickbait only exist because audiences have a natural demand for it? The same way roman citizens wanted to see gladiator matches despite it leading to the deaths of real people? Are we just inherently looking for entertainment despite how it affects the subjects?
Or are content creators subconciously training audiences to want certain content. That tabloids and clickbait have slowly rewired humanity’s brains to desire a different kind of entertainment that we didn’t expect a century ago?
Mike O’Hearn believes that perhaps it’s a bit of both. At an early age of success, O’Hearn quickly learned he needed to expect criticism and tabloid journalism. He couldn’t defeat it. So he also learned to have fun with it. He understands how this kind of content is entertaining.
However, he does lament the overall cultural shift that has taken place alongside internet culture. O’Hearn admits that he thinks the world of bodybuilding and strength sports shifted from hope to cynicism. And perhaps the larger culture has done the same. That’s why O’Hearn uses his content – such as The Mike O’Hearn Show – to discuss stories of motivation, hard work, and hope. He wants to believe the next generation can return to a more optimistic state.
“I wish we can go back. The 80s was hope. That’s what the lifting was. It was friendship. Its was hope. We are all going to get better. We’re going to do it together. We’re going to compete with each other. I’m not going to give you an easy competition – but we’re going to make each other better. And now it seems like everybody is slighting everybody. And it’s like – wow this is ugly.”

Wrap Up
Mike O’Hearn is a rare public figure that is able to have fun with the criticism that is thrown his way by comments and content creators alike. The Kenny KO video is one example of this. Last week, during our show promos, O’Hearn joked about taking tren. He doesn’t get offended by it. He doesn’t mind trolling back at the trolls.
However, he does also spend significant time trying to preach about motivation, hard work, and optimism. He wants to see a future generation outperform his accomplishments. He wants to see new Lee Haneys, Tom Platz’, and Phil Heaths.

Jay Cutler Discusses Top Picks For 2022 Olympia: “There Is A Lot Of Good Talent Here”
Jay Cutler believes the top five could look exactly the same as last year.
Jay Cutler has discussed the state of the 2022 Olympia many times in recent months. Whether it is up-and-comers or the overall look of competitors, Cutler has been vocal about the sport of bodybuilding. Recently, Cutler spoke on the biggest show of the year and shared his top five.
Cutler knows a thing or two about the Olympia stage. He is known as one of the best bodybuilders of all-time, totaling four titles over the course of his career. Cutler also finished as the runner-up four times. He had some legendary battles with Ronnie Coleman when they were both in his prime.
The Men’s Open division in bodybuilding has a clear top tier and it showed during the 2021 event. Cutler answered some questions about the upcoming show and believes that it could look the same this time around.
Jay Cutler Speaks On The Overall Talent In Open Bodybuilding
Jay Cutler shared a recent video on his YouTube account going through a Q&A session with fans online. He was answering different questions sent in about the Olympia and of course, fans wanted to know if Big Ramy could be taken down.
Cutler began by discussing Michal Krizo, who is one of the biggest up-and-comers in bodybuilding. He recently made the switch to NPC from IFBB Elite Pro. This is so he can earn his Pro Card and eventually step on the Olympia stage. As of now, Krizo does not have his Pro Card but it could move quickly.
“You see new people popping up every week. This Michael Krizo, who, hasn’t even got his Pro Card yet. I expect him to make a run and possibly be on that stage,” Cutler said.
Cutler believes Krizo could be one of the breakthrough competitors, if he is able to earn a Pro Card. Other than that, there is a lot of talent that could take the next step.
Jay Cutler moved onto individual competitors as questions were sent in. He believes that Nick Walker has the size to in the show but has to work on his conditioning. Cutler also said that Hadi Choopan has the chance to be one of the shorter bodybuilders to win the Olympia.
“I expect Walker to really push this year, I think if he can figure out a little better conditioning, he really could be a big problem.
We love history. As much as we would like to see Ramy win, could Hadi be another shorter bodybuilder like Dexter Jackson to win the Olympia? I am a fan of all of these guys.”
The 2022 Olympia has a chance to be one of the most exciting shows in recent memory if all competitors show up in their best shape. It will be interesting to see if there will be any breakthrough athletes take form.
