Sadik Hadzovic Shares “Hellacious” Shoulder Workout Weeks Out From NY Pro

Weeks out from the NY Pro, Sadik Hadzovic shares epic shoulder workout.
Sadik Hadzovic shared an epic shoulder training workout that he dubbed “hellacious” in a recent YouTube video. The popular bodybuilder is making good on his promise to give it his all as he aims to return to action.
With six weeks to go until the 2022 New York Pro you can bet every athlete is pushing themselves in training. One in particular is giving it his all as he prepares himself to make his long awaited return.
Sadik Hadzovic is a household name in bodybuilding. Rising to prominence in the early 2010s, Hadzovic gained popularity out of the gate with strong showings in his first few pro shows. He would eventually go on to compete at the Olympia in the Men’s Physique division. This stint wouldn’t last forever though. Eventually Hadzovic would make the move to the Classic Physique division in its early days of inception.
Sadik Hadzovic would take third place in his initial showing at the 2016 Olympia in the Classic Physique division. Unfortunately he would drop to seventh the following year and hadn’t stepped on stage since.
Return to the Stage

All that is about to change however as Sadik Hadzovic has declared he’s making a come back. Looking to impress at the 2022 NY Pro, Hadzovic has been hard at work in the gym. He’s left no stone unturned as he hopes to make a dominant return to the stage.

In preparation for his return Sadik Hadzovic has put himself through the ringer. That includes a pretty intense shoulder workout that he recently shared on his YouTube channel.
In regards to the approach to his shoulder training, Sadik Hadzovic has this to say.

“I want to really isolate like what we talked about earlier… you’re doing laterals and focus on the laterals here. Presses, a few people emphasize.
“I find for me, it’s actually safer on the shoulder joint and it really isolates that anterior deltoid. So it’s just your traditional military presses.
“I utilize every type of presses there is… from seated military to standing hammer press…”

Sadik Hadzovic is looking shredded and ready for the NY Pro. The long time popular competitor has been pushing himself in training and is looking impressive 10 weeks out.
It’s clear that Sadik Hadzovic is taking no prisoner no prisoners in his return to the stage. The veteran competitor will make his return to action at the 2022 New York Pro. He’s taken a hefty amount of time off since his last appearance at the 2017 Olympia. Five years is certainly a long time to be away from the stage, but it’s obvious that Hadzovic has been taking his preparation seriously.
With 10 weeks to go until the 2022 NY Pro competitors are doing their best to prep as the time window closes. Among the competitors vying to win the Classic Physique title at the show, Sadik Hadzovic could be one of the biggest names. His return to action particularly at an East Coast show is definitely a big deal. As such Hadzovic is taking his preparation seriously. The pressure is on for the popular bodybuilder to perform in front of a crowd likely filled with his fans.
Stage Ready
Well as the saying goes pressure creates diamonds. Sadik Hadzovic has put in his fair share of work in the build up to the NY Pro and now the results are speaking for themselves. 10 weeks out Hadzovic looks impressive.

Will Sadik Hadzovic win the NY Pro title? That’s yet to be seen. There is still plenty of tough competition to give him fits in the Classic Physique division. But this physique update is at least a great indication that he’s been putting in some quality work. Hadzovic could use a bit more size on his frame, but other than that he looks shredded and impressive.

About Sadik Hadzovic
Sadik was born in Bosnia to hard-working parents who wanted the best for him. Their strict, no-nonsense approach fueled his work ethic and led him on a weightlifting journey he fell in love with.
As a scrawny teenager who lacked confidence, he used lifting as a place of comfort. He went from being skinny and underweight to packing on muscle and developing a shredded, sculpted physique. He began competing in the Men’s Physique Division and saw great results at events like the 2012 NPC Metropolitan Championships and the 2012 NPC Junior USA Championships. At age 25, he earned his pro card and was well on his way to becoming an accomplished IFBB athlete.
Sadik is now a recognized bodybuilder and international fitness personality. He’s been featured in dozens of fitness magazines and holds multiple bodybuilding titles. A few of his accomplishments include:
