Man that's awesome! I did it years ago, but I wasn't as anal about my looks then as I am now. I was hoping you'd say that. If I could get 1 - 1 1/2" on my calves I really think I'd be close to happy with my physique.

BTW, my right bicep is quickly catching up with my left. It's weird, they measure the same, but the left still looks a little larger.

Well, since you have 300ml, you should be fine.
I'm only half way through 1 bottle, so it looks like I'm gonna have plenty. Probably will have quite a bit left over.
I know I'm a lot smaller, so it will take less for me, but either way, 300ml is a lot.

I figure I'll need 120ml for the 30 day course at least. Then 4 - 6ml per week for at least six weeks... better to have too much than too little. I have some pretty serious goals for this experiment. It's by far the most extensive and in depth I have ever done. It will also be the most difficult program to stick to that I have ever attempted. Syntherol is no joke. I've added another .5" to my right arm.
I think I'm gonna switch to maint. for my arms now that they are the same size.
Actually, the right is .5" larger, but now they look the same. I still haven't figured that one out yet.

Did you do both bi's and tri's??? I decided to man the f up and I'm now doing 5ml in my left tricep and already up to 2ml per calf

DAY 22: 10/31/14

Today begins Week 4! My weight has gone back to 176, which is where I started.
That gets frustrating, but I just have to keep reminding myself of what the tape measure says.

These are the gains I have measured so far:

Left arm is up 1"
Right arm is up 1.5"
Calves are up 1"
Thighs are up 3"
Shoulders are up 6" (Tape wrapped around shoulders, so it includes chest and back)
Waist is down 1" to 31"

Overall, I've been pretty happy with the results over the last 3 weeks.
I have spent the last 2 years dropping weight, so I was used to a very low carb diet.
It's been a little tough getting the carbs I need, but I have been doing a lot better the last week.
I'm now having oats for breakfast, and rice or sweet potato with every meal.
I'm developing a nice peak on my biceps that I've never had before, and my abs are starting to show a lot better also, but only when flexed.

I'm still running the "Shortcut to Size program", but I have noticed such an increase in strength that I am having to add more sets, and even a couple more exercises.
I'm trying to be careful with the weight going up to prevent injury.

I am not experiencing any negative sides other than increased core temp, but it really isn't bad.
Mainly during sex, and at the gym. I think people at the gym have to know I'm on something, but oh well.
My girl knows what I'm doing, and she doesn't really like it, but she just doesn't say anything. She's cool like that. She doesn't like all the sweating though.

As of today, I increased the Diabolix to 90mg/ED.
Trest-Deca is at 150mg/Week, and Trest-Ace is at 75mg/EOD.
IGF is 60mg/ED

I'm really happy with the results with my biceps. They look great, and reacted really well to the Syntherol/IGF. That's an amazing combo!
Like I said, I'm just gonna hit them up once a week now for maint.

I'm pinning 1.5ml in my calves now. I think 2ml may be a little much for my small calves.
The pain is always the worst when I pin in the lower calves. I'm not gonna lie, it's been pretty rough.

5ml is INSANE!! I never went higher than 2ml.

How much do you have in your calves now?

Holy Shit Bro! You're growing like a weed!! That's insane!! That took me a minute to figure out how much Syntherol I've used thus far. I started on 10/28 and I quickly worked up to 3 ml. Today is the first day of 3 ml in each calf. As of right now I have 9 ml of Syntherol in each calf, but that number will obviously be rising quickly. As soon as I am comfortable that I'm handling the 3cc well I will increase it by 1cc. I'm going to play it by ear.
As for my triceps there really hasn't been much to write home about. Despite doing 5ml daily they are up only a tiny bit over 1/2" and in that time my right has grown no less than 1/4". I hate to say it, but there is definately something very special in Syntherol as straight MCT isn't doing much. I'm going to jump to 7ml in the next 2 days... just in time to train arms again. I do have a hypothesis about the MCT in the arms.
I have tremendous genetics in my arms which according to theory would be a result of less constrictive fascia. The pump I get training arms after each increase in MCT in skin bursting and perhaps that singular workout is enough to stretch it quite a bit?? It doesn't explain why there has been such little improvement though... just rambling

I really think there is something to be said about syntherol as opposed to mct oil. I think it's just the amount of time it stays in stretching the fascia as opposed to mct oils. I mean if you check out those synthol dummies injecting vegetable oil doing 10 or 15 ml a time the. When they stop they shrink in literally weeks and I think it's simply because the oil isint staying in and stretching the fascia as much as it can with say syntherol

good to hear brutha! Everyone is different and it takes time to figure out each persons own body and what works and what doesn't, and you seem to be figuring things out quite well! Great job so far and fantastic LOG bro!
 
DAY 27:


Just wanted to let you guys know I'm still alive.
I haven't had anything to report lately, and didn't want to bore you.


My weight is still holding at 180lbs. That's an increase of 4lbs from the start.
It doesn't sound like much, but considering my measurements, I'm happy with it.
I attribute the weight gain to the fact that I have increased my carb intake.

My arms are up another .25".
I pinned my Traps with MC IGF for the first time yesterday, and they look great!
I still just can't get over the site specific growth.
I respond really well to MC IGF, and I don't think I'll be taking a break from it for quite a while.

My diet has really been looking good lately, but I still need to eat more.
Honestly, I'm just never hungry, and I have to force myself to eat.
Unfortunately, my appetite has decreased. I really thought the Trest would help with that. It seemed to be at first.
I'm hoping to get some CJC/GHRP from AAA to run as soon as I can afford it. I'm not sure if I need 2 or 6. I would really like to try both to see which works best for me.
Money is tight right now, so I can't afford to eat like a horse anyway. I was even considering a little Ipam.
I'm also really curious about Folli/Ace. I would really like to give that a run. Maybe during my bridge.


I have noticed that I am not as hot as I was for the first 3 weeks.
I may be getting used to the Trest. I've been running it at 75mg/EOD this week, and beginning Friday, I will be running it @ 100mg/EOD.
I was considering dropping in 250mg of Test a week, but everyone says it would just be a waste.

I am still running the Diabolix @ 90mg/ED. I don't think I want to go any higher than that, because it made me irritable at first. That's gone now though.

I also placed an order with PSL for some Dbol. I'll most likely be taking that for the last 4 weeks of my 16 week cycle.
I'm gonna take 4 weeks off from orals first to let my liver recover a bit. I'm sure the TUDCA is helping with that though.
Then, I plan to run the Dbol @ 30/40/40/40. Obviously, I may stay at 30mg/ED depending on how I feel.
I will be splitting the dose evenly every 4 hours.
I really hope PSL comes through. This is a whole new thing for me, and kinda scares me a bit.
So far, they have been very professional and very helpful. Their communication has been excellent.
I'll definitely keep you guys posted on how this goes.

That's fantastic man! Are you a decent cook or do you have a hard time eating because the food sucks? Not making fun here. I'm a terrible cook and I struggle to eat even though I'm always hungry. I just don't want to eat the nasty stuff I cook. I try to eat pretty clean though.

Actually, I'm a great cook. The problem is I'm a great cook! LOL!
I put on a lot of fat about 4-5 years ago, because I cooked so much and loved to eat.
I used a lot of creamy sauces/remolades. Lots of Italian and Cajun.
Like I said, over the last 2 years, I have been focusing on eating less to lose weight.
I changed my mentality on food completely. I used to spend a lot of time planning meals. (My girlfriend misses that)
That had to change, so I convinced myself that I didn't care about food anymore.

For the last 3 months, I have been better about eating more, because I've been trying to add some mass.
It's been really tough to get used to. I was so used to eating so little, so this has been a big change for me.

Don't get me wrong, I'm eating. I just have to force myself to do it.
The international egg whites have helped so much.
That stuff is a Godsend. I am now getting between 10-12 egg whites every day.
For breakfast I'm having: Oats. 5-6 egg whites, and a shake with about 45gm protein.
I drink at least .5 gallon of milk ED.

I just started adding more carbs this last week.
I eat mainly Chicken and Rice for other meals, but I switch it up with Pork and Fish.
I also switch carbs between sweet potato, and regular baked potato.
I try to eat 1 serving of Yogurt every day. I add some granola/flax seed for carbs/healthy fats.
I also have a shake post workout, and before bed.
I drink 1 gallon of water ED.
 
Your diet looks good honestly. Maybe you could add in some nuts or sunflower seeds for more calories.

I know the feeling of forcing your self to eat, it gets old lol, I have a hard time gaining weight as well.
