Ya, I've been watching your log too, and noticed big improvements in weight being moved with your tricep. Glad to see it coming back!

I might have told you tjis before, but I crashed my motorcycle in 2010. As a result, my left shoulder, which was fracture-dislocated and had nerve damage, literally melted away to nothing. It was skin and bone. It took a couple of years, but nobody but me can tell any difference between left and right. So I know your tricep will ne fine!

That is awesome man I love to hear stories like that. To me to push through something like that screams volumes about your character. U da man!!

This is what true strength is all about! It's easy to hit the gym when you're at your best, looking good and pushing heavy weight. We change our entire lives around and sacrifice so much to do what we do and to have a major setback like an injury is heavy blow to take, but to come back from it and meet the obstacle with matching intensity is what passion, dedication and strength are, so congrats on the come back!!

As for MC, this really is the greatest place on the planet! I've been sitting out on the gym since my December 23rd surgery and won't be returning to the gym until Feb 6 which is depressing, but just hanging out on this forum has not only kept me motivated for my return, but has actually increased my motivation!

Also, I thought I was the only guy who doesn't like training arms - if it were up to me, it'd be chest, back and shoulders every day lol

Thank you so much for the kind words brother. I thank God every day for the drive that he has put in my heart to get back to where I was and beyond.

Sometimes short, swert amd intense is best! You're doing better than me, work gets in the way of my workouts more often than I'd like!

3:30 is my day shift alarm. 12 hour shift. I usually wind up falling asleep in my chair in the living room by 7 pm... During a maintenance outage last year, I worked straight days most of it. 19 out of 21 days at one point. During that time I was in bed by 7:30 every night amd waking up before the alarm. Otherwise, though it's a major struggle getting up that early! I don't recommend it! Lol!

Got to the gym a half hour early this morning so that work can't interfere. Shoulders are blown up great workout sweatin like i stole it. Hope the MC family has a great day.
