Time to grow

I need a plan and I need to log. It works for me. But if I just go by feel I actually feel irritated during my work out and feel "off". I seriously think it's the German in me...I must document and monitor everything.
I did stop tracking my food in myfitnesspal and that took a month to get over! But at this stage I know what a meal looks like and I always eat the same thing 80% of the time.
That's funny cause I should document my food diet is the most difficult part for me. Between working in the heat in the summer and the constant on the go construction work. I too eat the same thing over and over which leads to me cheating. The only good thing is the amount of calories I burn a day just at work. I can eat just about whatever I want and not get fat.

Liking defined, and as soon as u do clean up diet muscles are all in place, it want take much.
I am the same about eating and job. I burn so many calories it doesn't take changing much in diet.

Good morning MC. Back day is in the books felt real good. I may not be the biggest fucker right now but guys I feel like a freakin rock. Sitting by my wife last night in the double recliner. She was like my gosh don't you have a soft spot to lay on. That made me feel pretty good. Any way here was the workout did a couple of exercises. One I had never done before and the face pulls have only done a few times. Really want to bring the rhomboids up and this was the advice I got.

I have not done serious flat bench work in years. My shoulders just cannot take the angle and I like that statement as flexible as angle iron. That is me to a t. I just stick to the machines and some db work.

Thought I would drop a line here guys so you would know what's up. Going to take a few days off have to get a blood pressure issue under control. Was at work yesterday feeling a bit off don't really know how to explain the feeling. I guess I felt like your max squat in the bottom. But 5 times more pressure. Anyway the feeling just kept getting worse went to the closest pharmacy so they could check my blood pressure and it was 236/132. No shit guess I'm lucky I'm still around according to the pharmacist. I knew things didn't feel right. Anyway will keep you posted and I will be back

Please get that under control.
Have u been Donating or doing phlebotomy's.
If not u need to do so. High red blood can cause these issues I have gotten them. Back off your sodium intake and go into cruise no more than 200 mg per week.
If u have a little cialis it may help some but be careful.
Take baby asprin 3 times a day for right now and load up on coq10 and fish oil

Holy shit! Yeah, man, get that under control! Mechanic sounds like he has some good suggestions. Please do take care of that!
 
This is extremely important and u did the right thing and posted it instead of being in denial. I get high blood pressure on tren. I never check it during the exact times that the lightheaded feeling happens like u described.
But it does stay around 160-180/90-100 just normal while on tren
Eq in some can cause high blood pressure especially if rbc are elevated.
If your lipids are crashed that too.
But you are seeing a health sign within your body.
Go to cruise immediately. This is where osta shines in cruise because it doesn't affect things like this that steroids do. But don't add that go to cruise please!!! Prayers and patience is what u need. Stress isn't on your side so try to relax

Just wanted to say thank you to all. It's crazy here where I live I can't find a place to donate blood. But I believe I gave found a guy that drew blood in the military that will hook me up at his house. I know it's the eq but when I ran it before I lived in a different part of the country and their was a place to donate around every corner. You guys should have seen the look on that pharmacists face. Lol. I will get it under control. I have some cialis on the way. Should be here any day. Which my Dr was willing to prescribe but u couldn't swing the 300$ a month.

Agreed cialis and baby aspirin will help alot also do cut back on salt intake there are a ton of low sodium condiments and food available in grocery stores now even found low sodium chips hot sauce and lunch meats
 
Yates has always been one of my favorites.
Have you watched any interviews with Yates. He is a very smart man very philosophical. I was a little surprised. I want to say the name of the show was London talks or something like that

Yes, I have. Very smart man and a great outlook on great points of view. His training style is how I started when I got serious. I read Blood and Guts, and used alot of his ideas and routines. They helped me up my game alot.
