That's funny cause I should document my food diet is the most difficult part for me. Between working in the heat in the summer and the constant on the go construction work. I too eat the same thing over and over which leads to me cheating. The only good thing is the amount of calories I burn a day just at work. I can eat just about whatever I want and not get fat.I need a plan and I need to log. It works for me. But if I just go by feel I actually feel irritated during my work out and feel "off". I seriously think it's the German in me...I must document and monitor everything.
I did stop tracking my food in myfitnesspal and that took a month to get over! But at this stage I know what a meal looks like and I always eat the same thing 80% of the time.
