Good morning MC been a little while since I have felt this good I've been eating more for sure. It has to be the tbol that's the only new thing. Got a good back session in this morning oh and I even walked on the treadmill for 14 min.

This is what true strength is all about! It's easy to hit the gym when you're at your best, looking good and pushing heavy weight. We change our entire lives around and sacrifice so much to do what we do and to have a major setback like an injury is heavy blow to take, but to come back from it and meet the obstacle with matching intensity is what passion, dedication and strength are, so congrats on the come back!!

As for MC, this really is the greatest place on the planet! I've been sitting out on the gym since my December 23rd surgery and won't be returning to the gym until Feb 6 which is depressing, but just hanging out on this forum has not only kept me motivated for my return, but has actually increased my motivation!

Also, I thought I was the only guy who doesn't like training arms - if it were up to me, it'd be chest, back and shoulders every day lol

I feel your pain. I have had a bulging disk in my back for 2 weeks now and I can't even drive because I have no feeling in my right leg. Sucks sitting at home waiting for a surgery date. I think about the gym 24 / 7 and it's killing me not being able to go. Thanks to Everyone here I happen to stay strong and motivated that I shall heal and gain my muscle back soon. I see the Nero Dr. Tomorrow and will find out what they are going to do. Good luck bud.

I have c5 and 6 in neck. Annular bulge been 12 years. And in back L4 5 and s1.
I am careful try to stay straight. I stand up almost always only sit to drive and I lay down at night or to relax against two pillows.
Get pain in shoulders wrist and hands alot and neck of coarse.
In lower back pain sometimes goes into leg. It wraps around my hip and goes into knee. The shit hurts worse laying down when I sleep. Leg hasn't happened in a while deadlines have been retired for me.
Neck was bad Dr gave me Medrol that stuff worked cleared it up.
I only take otc meds or toradol. After car accident years ago when I got hurt I got addicted to all the narcotics they were giving me. Now I take NO NARCOTICS AT ALL. I had two hernia surgeries and had them only put me to sleep now opiates at all not even in IV. I have broken wrist and bones in hand again no narcotics. I am holding off on surgery and may look into injections that stop nerve pain. Either that or will be fussed with surgery in neck and back

One of the worst feelings is when you wake up and know that you're alarm did not go off. Then you get that panic mode and the rest of your day up until 2100 is all jacked up.
