i've used ostarine alone with gains in strength and size, before i ever did a steroid. i used the mc brand here. i haven't used any others, yet. ostarine is probably the least one to cause any bad side effects. one of them can cause yellow eyes as well as night blindness, i believe. there are many threads on here to acquaint yourself with what sarms can do for you. i wouldn't put them so much in a category as to say they are close to steroids in comparison, but they do produce results. as always research, before you decide. it's always in your best interest to do so.
