its just way beneficial to have your diet and training up to par before adding juice. You really do need to master those first to master the juice. post your goals, your current workout schedule and diet and you will get good replies to help u out. Steroids dont make you grow they just put you in an anabolic state, so diet and training come first or u get nothing, and any strength will evaporate

Very good post- I just want to add that you really need to build a foundation to build on before your even begin considering taking AS. You really need a few years to build a good diet and training routine first. Muscle takes many years to build and roids aren;t going to help you get them any faster.

I think we need to work on your exercise routine. The one you're doing sounds ok for someone who's retired and just wants to keep in shape a litte bit. For someone who wants to build muscle, you need a lot more than that.

You need to hit every muscle in your body. You need to do more than one exercise. One exercise for legs? That's not nearly enough. They will never grow even if you were using steroids. You can't do one exercise for biceps, then move on to one exercise for triceps, then one for something else. You'll never grow like that. Also, I can't see how hard you're pushing yourself in the gym, but I can tell you that 12 - 16 reps is too high to build lots of mass. For me, that would be too light, if I can do more than 12 reps the weight is too light and I need to add some more plates. I shoot for 4 - 8 reps. It's nothing set in stone, but I lift heavy.

You said that right now your goal is to lose fat? When you're using steroids, for the most part you are trying to build muscle and gain weight. This includes putting on even more fat. I would encourage you to clean up your diet, get into a good weight lifting and cardio routine and do that for 6 months. Then come back and re-evaluate where you are and what your next goals are. Don't think big changes will happen even in a couple months. Expect this to take years. It's a lifestyle.

Good Luck Bro'

If you start taking AAS too early you're muscle can grow faster than your tendons/joints and you can injure yourself quite badly.

Besides if you don't even know how to train and eat properly why should you be using drugs?

ok. thanks that makes sence about the muscle growing faster then the joins and tendons. i do understand that my training and diet need alote of work but im tring thanks again

i think i forgot to mention i dont lift at a gym. im going to start soon but right now i workout at my house with just a bench and a curling bar. i dont even have dumbbells yet. i just started last week. i was geting made at my self for lack of stranth i am a big guy cuz i have a big bone struck so i look big but im weak it piss'e me off i wanted to take something that could help. but im relizing that its just going to take time

ligaments will tear really easy.. u should save ur money and build a base, i mean anyone could go on adn on,, but if u want go ahead adn see how those fresh untrained muscle fibers hold up

and come somebody tell me whatsup with tthis instant gradification , in this society,, i mean wtf,, nobody has ever took pride in their work,, everybody wants teh easy road to every and anything,, is there no more pride in a hard days work????
