? Your favorite all time exercise for upper body

What is the #1 exercise you love to do for any part of upper body?


Mine is seated front shoulder hammer lifts
 
it's either db inclined flyes or hammer strength bench press for me

one unique thing we used to do in the past i liked was on the hammer strength behind neck press.....we'd stand on the seat and use it for shrugs....i liked that but they don't let us do it anymore

lol yeah it messes up the seat
 
seated barbell press. free weight, not none of that pussy smith machine stuff.
