I'd like to get over 200 as well as add another inch on my arms .. Then I want my ex to see me looking big . The best revenge is looking hotter than Ever and trading up ! .. Lol
Speaking of arms ... Anyone use syntherol for arms lately . I want to try this winter .

as for weight im thinking a solid 265-275lbs. But in the same conditioning as Im now, or not much worse. I hate being fat, but I know if I want to get to the super's and be legit at it. Then I need to get my weight up to the 275lbs range before dieting down.
strengh wise, I honetly after 20 years now of training. Dont know If I'll get that much stronger. Im strong on leg and back stuff. But chest, delts, and triceps im just ok strengh wise there. As there are many guys in my gym that can hang on chest day with me.
as for show goals. I would like to win an overall again. So if something lines up right before north americans then ill do it. or even after north americans if I dont make top 5.
Now that I'm single again. I want to hit 270-280 lbs.. I always thought that would be to big. But I'm around 260 and I still feel small as hell.. And not look as bad as I look now..
