Belt and knee wraps are necessities for me. On the optional list are inzer elbow sleeves, straps, and wrist wraps.

Intra workout shake and Ipod. Outside of that there's no necessities, but I just take my whole bag in the gym which has everything in it. But if I was to only take the bare essentials I'd only need the sake and ipod.

For me it's intra workout shake( gatorade + pn bcaas n more) gloves with wrist wraps and def EDM MUSIC ( Trance music in particular ) in high volume.
i can't ever workout without good music....that's like the no 1 priority. I look forward to the music as much the workout itself.

Intra-workout shake (Scivation Xtend) plus water, plus gloves. No need for music for me. I am more than motivated without it.

My gym must have is a damn front door that unlocks. If that son of bitch isnt working at 4:45 in the morning they'll find it laying on the side walk when they come to work at 8.

Forgot about the gum. But I'm always chewing on a stick of gum.
Nothing cause my new gym bitches about gym bags on the floor! So I don't use anything other then myself
and they don't allow gum chewing either lol. Pretty weird! But it's a good gym and I been getting down serious in there but they try to keep it spotless which is ok but there is a line they cross a bit

My gym moved locations and made a beautiful place, and they said that on my tour, and I stared at the woman, and she was like, well I mean if u have to bring the bag with you, I was like yeah I have to
Lol yeah well my workout partner forgot his towel last week and the owner walked over and made him go get one from the front desk lol so I'm not even going to try pushing my luck with a gym bag on the floor lol! It's bad enough he stares at us working out! I just took an entire year off from training and I'm only in my 3rd week back in the gym and I'm already worried about getting to big in there lol. I honestly think he busted our balls about the towel cause he's worried ill scare his members off lol. And no it's not Planet Fitness but I still feel funny cause everyone's so tiny in there ill stick out like a sore thumb even worse in about a month. LoL
its a nice gym though
Oh yeah... I'm also not pushing my luck cause I payed another gym twice for day passes and when I went back the 3rd time they told me they aren't doing day passes anymore lol and I know that's not true! They just didn't want me in there! Gyms are starting to cater to fat obese slobs and people like us aren't welcome there

These are the fucking things I hate about this Country, sorry patriots, but when you have to cater to these fat shits, ruin your back for them, have higher insurance premiums for them, need more staff to help them, except you ont get more staff, yeah they are a big huge giant pain in the fucking ass.

I def need chalk, water bottle, wrist wraps, and some music. Would love to have some hot women too, but don't think my wife would like it if I had hot women in my small gym at work lol. I did have two milfs and yes I mean hot milfs approach me about letting them use my gym here at work and they offered to pay me.
