Type 2 and gear

Thoughts for a friend who some doctors would call skinny fat, type 2 diabetic without the bodyfat. Would gear not be as effective due to the insulin resistance already present?

I am type 2 as well and can tell you that I have found it difficult to add the size that I want do to not being able to eat enough. If I eat carbs, my BS goes nuclear, if I eat to much protein, it spills over in my kidneys. I Have been on HRT for 15 years and I give it all the credit for me keeping the muscles that I have currently.

I have decided that since I cannot get as big as I want, I will just get a shredded as I can. I am 55, 240 lbs and 6'3". I am going to bump up my test to 400mg a week and 150 of deca just to help with my joints. I may not add anything else and just run this for the next 20 weeks. I will let you know how it works out.

My a1c earlier this year was 6.8 I got it down to 5.2, I can feel a difference for sure. Wasn't sure what others have experienced. Thanks for the reply!

How do you run your deca if you dont mind my asking brutha. Or rather whats the minimum dosage for you to feel it start helping joints?
