Damnit!! I'm pretty sure I'm losing some of the size I picked up from my first round of AAS.

I was thinking about doing 5-10iu's of humalog or humulin-r after my workouts in an effort to keep whats left. I have been reading up on slin for a month or so, and I am aware of the importance 10g simple carbs per iu.

What are some thoughts on this?

Keep in mind, I am using liquid clen right now.

oh, I am maintaining 200-250g protein per day, moderate carbs (mostly from oatmeal twice a day), fats from flax oil, natty peanut butter, almonds.

5 weeks away from starting profina @ 100mg/75mg respectively.
Should I run the slin with this?
 
I agree with cat the protein is low. I used slin/creatine for a bridge last time and had excellent results.
 
I can up the protein. I was trying the maintain muscle mass and drop some fat, but I'll up the protein to 300g.

Scorpio- thats what I was wanting to hear about the slin. Bridge it until I can start profina or possibly run it with the profina.

Any tips on how to acquire slin? (send pm)
 
umm, do a search, there has been alot of good write ups about a month ago on it. I dont remember the info off my head. But some states you can just walk in and buy it. It was the topic of the week i would say 6 weeks ago.

I see 300g, can I get a 400g?
 
I would try to raise your protein intake as well, try to add 25-40g per day and shoot for 350g or so-just 1or 2 more shakes per day...........
 
Florida is the same so it seems. I called Eckerd's and asked them straight up if I needed a script for humulin R. The answer was NO. So I walked in a bought it; along with the pinz to go with it.
