Best cardio to do while on vacation...

I am posting this hear, b/c it will get more views. I am going on vacation for a week and I will down to 3 weeks when I get back I was wondering what everyone's opinion on the best type of cardio to do on vacation. Here is the deal no gym around so I am going to have to take my dumbells to do my workouts w/ and I am at the beach. What I did this weekend was just do about 25 min or running and walking on empty stomach first thing and then the residual workout I get from paddling in surf. The next week I am thinking of taking a bike, b/c running is very taxing on your upper body which is no good for competition! So what does everyone thinK?
 
Jump rope for warm up and interval Sprints on beach !!!! You'll be shredding up.
 
your legs do get sore running in the sand. through swimming in the mix and your set.
 
Yep, My friend fell asleep on the beach in his boxers one night in Cancun and thought that he missed the plane. He sprinted all the way back to the hotel. (probably a good mile or so) Although he was not doing this for excercise. lol.

Good workout though. lol.

The sand really gives you a burn...just make sure you don't twist an ankle or anything.
 
Bro find a playground for a chin up bar and your set.
Playground ex- Dips , pullups, chin ups, Hindu Squats, plyo's for calfs and hammy's, all variations of pushups (close, wide, divebombers) there are a billion ways to keep you going for a few day's.
 
thanks bros...I found a golds to lift at on sat....and there is another gym I can get 3 sessions in during the week...it will be $$$ but damnit I am winning my wt class this yeAR!

call the gym mgr and explain your deal they may cut you a break! i would also do sprints or power walk
