I am posting this hear, b/c it will get more views. I am going on vacation for a week and I will down to 3 weeks when I get back I was wondering what everyone's opinion on the best type of cardio to do on vacation. Here is the deal no gym around so I am going to have to take my dumbells to do my workouts w/ and I am at the beach. What I did this weekend was just do about 25 min or running and walking on empty stomach first thing and then the residual workout I get from paddling in surf. The next week I am thinking of taking a bike, b/c running is very taxing on your upper body which is no good for competition! So what does everyone thinK?
