Basic Ice cream custard

2 cups heavy cream
4 egg yolks
1/2 vanilla bean slit open and scraped
8 packets sugar substitue.

Heat cream in a heavy sauce pan over a low heat.
Whisk in 1 egg yolk at atime
Remove from heat and cool
Whisk in 1 pack sugar substitute at a time

Now the custard is ready for the ingredients that make it ice cream.

Chocolate Ice Cream

1 basic ice cream custard above
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 packets sugar substitute
2 tablespoons no-cal chocolate syrup
2 table spoons sugar free jello choclate instant pudding powder.

Basic recipe
Whisk in cocoa
Beat until smooth
remove from stove and shisk in sugar substitute, syrup, and pudding.
Cool to room temp.
place in ice cream maker
churn according to manufacturers directiosn

Butter Pecan

1 basic recipe
2 tablespoons sweet butter
1 cup pecan halves
2 packets sugar substitute
1 tablespoon sugar free jello butterscotch instant pudding powder.

Melt butter in pan, add nuts to pan, saute for one minute
sprinkle with sugar substitute
remove from heat and mix well, coating nuts completely
whisk pudding into custard
whisk in nuts
Cool to room temp.
place in ice cream maker
churn according to manufacturers directions

1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablesppons sugar free jello instant pudding vanilla

Prepare basic
while cooling whisk in vanilla extract & Pudding
place in ice cream maker

decaf coffee ice cream

1 basic recipe
1 cup very strong decaff coffee
2 tablespoons sugar free french vanilla creme coffee

Prepare basic
brew coffee by using 2 cups water & 4 tablespoons decaf.
when brewed simmer over a low flame until it reduceds by half.
Remove from heat.
whisk in vanilla creme allow to cool
whisk coffee mixture into basic recipe
place in ice cream maker
churn according to manufacturers directions

Chunky Chocolate Fudge

1 recipe chocolate

1/2 package sugar free jello chocolate pudding
2 packages sugar substitute
1/4 cup heavy creme
1.5 heaping tablespoons chunky style sugar free peanut butter.

Prepare fudge first!
Mix all ingrediants except PB
Place over low heat add PB
Heat until PB melts
Stir until blended well
spray small baking pan
spoon mixture into pan
fridge until firm
cut into 1/4 pieces.

add fudge to ice cream just before mixture is ready
