Here's my planned first cycle

Hello friends,
I am new here so first i will give you my stats.

5'8
175lbs
Most of my training has been on and off throughout the last 12 years..when I began in the early nineties I trained a solid 2 1\2 to 3 years and went from 140 to 160 solid pounds 28 inch waist...now my waist is 30'' i am in above average shape and have a good base to build from...I have taken the advise of educates as users and have chosen to lose a little more weight..I am told I look fine but that is by people who do not understand that to some people fine is not acceptable. I have been training now solidly for 5 weeks and my strength has increased pleasantly..another 4lbs and I feel i will be ready to begin my first as cycle..my goal is to put on solid, hard, vascular pounds..I understand diet is the key here and i will be doin the right thing in that department..man suggest the streight sustanon cycle..250 mg a week for eight weeks..however most say the first cycle is the best and i want to get all i can from it, while staying acceptably safe...so I am thinking of this=
test cyp=500mg, week split in half=250 ev 3 days
eq= 300 mg week split as above
d-bol=30-50 mg a day split throughout the day, I am not sure about this dose is why I havent stated the exact dose.
I have chosen the eq because I gather it prouduces a harder look..I dont want to do deca because it stays detectable for so long. I will have arimidex and clomid for post cycle as well. Any input on this will be appreciated..Thanks friends, STAY SAFE!

How long is your intended cycle? Dbol should be run 6 wks max!

Suggestion:
Test 500 mg/wk wks 1-12
EQ 400 mg/wk wks1-12
Dbol 35-40 mg/day wks 1-5
ldex .5mg e/d thru-out and 2 wks post cycle.

Yea bro, I understand d-bol is dangerous when abused, I only want to use it long eanough for the rest to kick in..I only stated four weeks because most say this is the most a total beginner should eaven think of since I do not know how my body will handle the stuff..As for length I am also undecided. 8-12 is were I am stuck..If longer means I'll keep more gains after than I'll do that.I am open for any suggestions.. Do you think I should scale the d-bol back to 2 weeks? Thanks again bro.I am married with a family and just want to be safe..You know. Thanks again
 
See above suggestion-12 wks is usually what I run due to the fact that the long esters(EQ+ Test} take 3-5 weeks just to kick in!:D

I agree with BLEED GREEN, Chaines, but you might want to up the EQ if you are going to use it- say, 500 mg/wk, for 12 weeks. Do not use EQ for any less than this because it does take a while for it to kick in. You could probably get away with 25-30 mg/ed of d-bol for five or six weeks, depending on the brand you plan on using. (Hell, I am surprised BLEED GREEN hasn't tried to persuade you to use Prop instead...LOL). Try to obtain British Dispensary d-bol (Thai Pinks) for they are considered the best. Naps (Romanian) are also a good choice. Steer clear of Bionabol (Bulgarian), and that advice is from recent personal experience. Certainly use L-dex throughout cycle and even through post cycle therapy @ .25 mg/ed or .5 mg/eod. Eat like a mule and sleep like a baby. Hit the compound movements and enjoy your gains. Your Clomid regimen should be run like this, if I recall correctly: two weeks after your last test/EQ shot, take 300 mg of clomid on your first day, 100 mg for the next 10 days, and then 50 mg for the next 10.
