Dosage of Creatine?

After the loading phase I have been taking creatine @ 5 grams/day. Is this not enough? Personally, I don't think I am getting much benefit from this stuff thus far.
 
I've read that you only need 2-3 grams per day and that loading is a waste of time.
I personally take 5 grams everymorning and another 5 grams post workout with 100 grams of Dextrose.
 
A lot depends on your diet and supplementation. A diet lacking in red meat- creatine, IMO is a necessary supp.

If you are on super supps, then a dose of creatine as high as 20g a day is not unheard of!
