Peanuts are good for the Heart & Waistline...

Actually almonds are a really good choice as well..
Researchers are finding that people who lose weight have a better chance of keeping off what they've lost if they consume nuts on a regular basis.

i love nuts!! :) My problem is that once I start eating them I can't stop....they are just too good!
 
I love nuts, but they don't love me. They really bother my gastro track. I think it's the fat content. Anybody else have that problem? Any nuts better than others for controlling the side effects?
