Short Cycle Please Critque!

Hey

I'm 21, 180lbs 17% BF and I 've done one cycle: 8 weeks 500mg Test Cyp 300mg Deca kept a solid 15lbs.

Short Cycle:
Weeks 1-6: 100mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 1-6: 100mg Winny EOD

Goals:
To shed 2-3% bodyfat and maintain my weight and strength.

Please let me know what you think.

Joc, i think those are realistic goals for you even without the use of AAS. 180 at 17% tells me that u need to pay closer attention to ur diet.

if your bent on getting on those doses seem appropriate for the goals and your current size. remember that ur diet is the key to fat loss, not the drugs. i think u should post ur diet if u have one laid out so we can help u with it. if u dont have one laid out, then get ur shit together so we can help u reach ur goal. later.
 
I think it should be a little longer with the prop and you need to take the winny ed. I also like to inject prop ed I think it keeps the levels in your system more consistant. If you are up to ed injections on your second cycle why not trow in some tren. I find I drop bf real well on prop/tren.
1-12 prop 100mg/ed
1-12 tren 75mg/ed
Throw in the winny the last 6 weeks at 50mg/ed
Those dosages on the prop and tren may be a little high for your second cycle so you could cut them in half.
 
I say take 'em both every day. I don't think 50 mgs of prop ed is going to cut it. Anf the winny must be every day.

Try 150 mgs test prop EOD and 50 mgs winny ED. Add some tren and go longer withe the prop and tren and you have yourself one of my FAVORITE cycles hands down. Tren/Prop/Winny. Try:

112.5 mgs tren EOD weeks 1-10 (If your tren is 75 mgs a ml, go 1.5 cc's EOD)
150 mgs prop EOD weeks 1-10
35-50 mgs winny ED weeks 5-10

I had great results with this quite some time ago. It was in fact my second cycle.

what this guy said , check your diet and exercise routine

100mg. prop and winny injected eod is fine but not needed
for these goals at your age

Add a steak and drop a soda for 6 weeks and walk an hour a day
and your in their
 
I agree with saturn prop tren winny cant beat it for loseing BF,
strenght.starting mine soon get cut for spring break:)
 
Bro, Post your diet and training program first. After you do that then we can focus on gear usage.

You can drop 2-3% bf easily just using some ECA's, clen, and cleaning up your diet.

These are my thoughts, exactly. You posted your gear schedule but not your nutritional plan? Priorities, bro.
