upcoming cutter ...

Just looking for a little feedback on my upcoming cutter that I am planning ... I am currently 6'2" at 265 ... BF is aroung 16-17 percent (just guessing here). I have lost quite a bit of BF before starting to bulk up again, but I have never done an all out cutter (using AAS) before. I responded well to my last bulker (tren, test prop), but I want to make sure that my BF is lower before summer, and before I hit my next bulker. I have no plans for competition, only for personal satisfaction, and I would like to get my BF down into the single digits. I plan on going for 12 weeks, and running naturally for the first 4. After that, test prop @ 100 mg EOD for 8 weeks, and tren @ 80 mg EOD for 8 weeks. Will also be running clen and T3 alternating with ECA for the last 8 weeks. I will be doing appropriate cardio, along with 2k - 2.5k cal each day along with either a 3 day or 4 day a week workout schedule, to be finalized. Any critique/info or suggestions would be appreciated and are welcome.

Thanks,
hangslo

I think your on the right track so far, but some others will able to able to offer a couple of tweeks to this,

I like the prop, tren, eca, etc. Your daily calorie intake sounds too low for someone your size, even though your trying to burn fat. My last diet was about 2k-2.5k and I was only 190 lbs.

How much protein, carbs, fat intake each day are you planning?

Let's see what some others have to offer.

My body likes the low carb route, so I will be running a CKD diet ... no carbs during the week, with a once a week carb load on the weekend. I kept my cals at 2100 or so last time I cut, however I had less LBM at the time. I planned on starting at 2.5 kcal daily and judging my progress from there. Protein will be at least 400 gm daily, but I will be trying to keep it closer to 500, with the rest of cals coming from fats. The weekend carb load will consist of the same amount of protein, with enough low GI carbs (oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes, barley, beans, etc) to bring up the total for the day to 5 kcal, or more. This diet had me on the right track last time I was cutting and was working very well for me until I injured my back again and had to take a 3 month break from training. If I need to bump up cals I will, but I lean heavily towards the endo bodytype, therefore the lower carbs and cals ...

I like the anabolics you have chosen.... I would just like to comment on the clen and T3....

What dosages are you using of the T3 and clen and how will you structure it?

T3 should be ramped up and ramped down and would be used for a period of say 8 weeks tops..... Is this your first run with T3?

I have started to run both of them before, but everything was stopped short due to a back injury. The clen seemed to be good up till 125 mcg/day, where I kept it at due to sides ... so I will be ramping up the clen at 25 mcg/day up to that level (more or less) till it is where it needs to be, depending on the sides. The clen will be run 2 wks on, 2 wks off, alternating with the ECA. The total time of ECA, clen, T3 will be 8 weeks, with the ECA starting off for the first 2 weeks. The clen and T3 will be run for the last 6 weeks. The T3 will be run as follows:

Days ......... Dose
3 .......... 12.5 mcg
3 .......... 25.0 mcg
3 .......... 50.0 mcg
3 .......... 75.0 mcg
15 .......... 100.0 mcg
3 .......... 75.0 mcg
3 .......... 50.0 mcg
3 .......... 25.0 mcg
3 .......... 12.5 mcg
3 .......... 6.25 mcg

I hope that this answers your questions ... please let me know of any others.

thanks,

Diet, cardio, clen & T3 are the most effective fatloss tools. The AS will not directly burn off the bodyfat. What the AS does is helps you retain(or increase with enough protein in the diet) muscle tissue while dieting and doing cardio. This will indirectly effect fatloss as an increase muscle will increase your metabolism.
To comment on your proposed cycle, it does look solid, but I just wanted to be sure you do not think fatloss is dependant upon using AS.

I understand that, and muscle preservation is the main reason for the AAS. The last time I went on a CKD diet, I was losing fat fairly rapidly, and it seemed to me that I was actually putting on a little bit of muscle mass. Now that I have put on some more muscle mass, I do not want to sacrifice it for the sake of mere weight loss instead of BF loss. Who knows, I might even make some gains even though that is not the purpose of the cycle ... I will definitely be eating enough protein.
