Need about 10 lbs in 10 months - your thoughts?

I need about 10 to 15 lbs by Nov. 2004- lean mass.

That is not to much when you are not natural...

1. Should I try and add 1.5 lbs nice and easy and keep lean. Try and keep the fat to a min. and slowly add muscle?

2. Should I do the more traditional Bulk for a while and then cut the fat. Add fat and muscle then cut.

3. Should I try the high dose short 4 week cycles that I have read about - anybody try these. 4 on 4 off - 2 or 3 times fast acting gear?

What do you think.
I want to land at about 195 in contest shape early Nov.
 
4 on 4 off is a waste. What are your stats now and what cycle history do you have?
 
2-3 cycles a year for the last 3 yrs.
40yrs old
190lbs
8-9%bf
I tend to do slightly longer cycles at lower doses then the norm.
12-15 weeks - Test(enth or Cyp) 750mg and a Deca, Fina or EQ in the mix @300-400 wk.

The short cycles didn't seem to make much sense to me but I have read about them -so I thought I would ask.
 
I would bulk then cut back down. You should easily be able to put on the weight then cut in the time you have. Besides it's fun to be a fat ass for a little while.
 
I would agree that bulking and then cutting back would be ideal. Eat like an animal and then do a nice cutting cycle.
 
Yea 10 months is a lot of time, when I'm trying to put on lean mass first I do a couple of deca ant test cycles and hit every all you can eat buffet in town, once I have the weight then I sculpt it with a nice cutting cycle maybe tren and whinny. you should have plenty of time to pull something like that off.
 
I agree with bulking first and then cutting...I've never had much luck adding muscle while not adding any fat.

you cant grow and diet at the same time...do a fat 20 week cycle and high protien and heavy training
The IGF or Insulin are great with AAS. 50mcg/day of IGF or 10-20iu Insuline post workout. Stacked with about 1gm of AAS you should be good to go. 10 lbs is an easy goal for you to attain in 10 months. good luck!
 
you should be able to do this no problem

i like the regular bulking cycle (16-20 weeks at a moderate dose) and then a cutter, yeah you know the one (tren/prop/winny)

I may catch heat for this, but I totally disagree ... the reason is that I have done a short cycle with very good results ...

Using short esters, blood levels are quickly reached to start growth and excessive bloat is almost completely prevented with the proper anti-e's ...

When you come off cycle, you do not lose any of the gains that you have made, as little if any of it is water weight, and since estrogen is controlled so tightly, excess BF accumulation is much less likely ...

I'm not saying that the traditional bulker/cutter is not effective, I'm just saying that I think the short cycles (4 weeks or less) are effective and do have their place ...

yep , just needs to be done right , author l rea , borreson(a lil extreme though) speak about this well .

Bulk then Cut

That works since I have a pretty good selection of "Fat Work clothes" now, and I love to eat.
