Curbing appetite while on diet

What's everyone do/recommend to get by those urges to eat even between meals. I'm eating approx every 3 hours, but i occasionally get hungry before my next meal. I'm trying not to eat because I don't want my calorie intake higher. What are some suggestions? Caffeine?
 
I use natural peanut butter. A tablespoon on my tongue usually gets me by. Along with lots of water. you also , find something to do. keep busy.
 
I drink a liter of crystal light lemonade or pink lemonade. Its sweet so it satisfies a sweet tooth and fills up my tummy.

Thats a good one for sure... I use crystal light as well!

Eat watery vegetables if you have to snack on something.....
 
thanks for the ideas, i'm usually drinking water all during the day, buy I'll try the crystal light and if that doesn't work maybe i'll try the natural pb.

the wife just made a couple dozen hardboiled eggs so i'll try those also.
 
Crystal Light does help. Is it your craving Sugar or you are HUNGRY? There is a difference.

Having dieted for acontest once I warn you do not give into the sugar craving. Once you start you can't stop eating.
 
Didn't you see the article in MD from Palumbo about how anadrol decreases appetite? *hint*

Water helps me too, ,but I still "want" to eat. I am trying n-acetyl-l-tyrosine now. It seems some what effective. I am still at a fairly low dose, about 200mg 3x ed, and in my 3rd day. I am going to increase to about 500mg tomorrow and see how appitiet supression is.

I know it has helped quite a bit with mental focus. I have been srtuggling lately with that and fatigue, and soince using it, I jave got by on only 1 cup of coffee in the last 3 days. I usually drink 5-6 cups a day and maybe a few redbulls at work.

You can do the crystal light which works. Another thing I found was Sugar free jello. I know Jolly Rancher makes the the sugar free cups sweetened with Splenda. It's 10 cals, but in the middle of night it would settle my stomach down enough to fall back asleep.

You can make Koolaid with Splenda they make a free pour. I even used the Sugar free flavored water to curb my appetite. It sucks.

When I did a contest I went as far as to place apicture with Cake on my desk witha BIG NO sign ON it and it said.

WHAT ARE YOU WORKING TOWARDS

Anything to help motivate you.

sm - that's one of my biggest problems, I don't like salad. I know, I know, I've tried it and I just can't eat it. It makes me want to puke.
