Doggcrap Training Sucks.......lol

Been reading the journal and desided to try it.

Damn it sucked. The rest pause and extreme stretchign killed me. I thought I had intense workouts, no way, this blew the others away. I was shaking so bad on extreme stretching that I could barrly hodl the stretch for 45 seconds before the weight hit the floor.

Did incline press first and I can do 315 for 12-15 clean full reps-well I followed the program and counted to 12 on the way down and I about shit myself to get 8 took 10 second rest got 3 another rest and 3 another rest and barly got 1. unbelievable how hard and how much that sucks. Did 70 pound extreme stretching and I had tears in my eyes about 20 seconds into it.

the rest of the workout was the same way- I actually had to sit down before driving home that workout drainied me mentally and physically.

This programs sucks and I love it hehe

Anyone who wants a change tryit.

Question fro the crapp pro- I partially tore my quad and I have to do legs tommorrow what is a godo exercise to do and hwo many reps.

About your torn quad, that is a touchy one. I would imagine that the high intensity of doggcrapp's routine is going to put that quad in a very vulnerable position. I understand the movement is very controlled but I would be leary of the intensity and overall stress that would be on that quad. I would be very careful, bro.

Oh you wanted to hear negative feedback...um ok...

It sucks....I hate it....My progress is worse than training bi's and chest 5 days per week. lol.

Just kidding. I've only heard very good things about his training...actually most of his theories have proved very sucessful.
 
I'm not even doing it exactly as prescribed and it's still killing me! But every workout my weights are going up! :)

Kidrocl would be very interested how you motified the training!!!

Did quads/hams/calves/biceps last night actually wasn't as bad as chest and shoulders. Still sucked dont get me wrong but not as bad as shoulders and chest.

Getnbigr jump aboard but you may have to change you name to gottodamnbig hehe
 
Physique Im with skip on that one--better to be able to lift for 3 straight months with maintenance and repair yourself then go all out now and be laid up for 6 months with a full quad tear. I dont know the details of your quad tear but I would take it very easy until you can step things up
 
I been using somewhat adapted DC method myself and like it so far. I go 2on1 off, Quads, chest/bi, shoulders/tri, back/hams do calves and abs EOD. Having said that, i have no idea how anyone could do DC 2x week, i am sore after every workout for a few days. The eating is keep me fairly lean which is good for me. I am probably doing a tad more volume that outline in his jounal. But so far like it. The streaching is hard VERY hard, but seems to help the pump. Also the slow calf work with hold on bottom in UNREAL painful. My calfs have been stuck at 18.5 for some time and look bigger only after about 1 month.
