I assume your asking about the test enth and deca. Because these both have long half-lives you probably could take them once a week. If it were me, I would take half doses twice a week. But that's just my preference.

YOu might want to front-load the Deca, though. 300mg the first and 2nd shots ought to get you up to speed pretty quick. (Remember that it will still be hanging around for a few weeks after the last shot.)
