cutting ?

guys, I'm not a bb I just want to grow and be strong, I would love to be a bb but i think i waited a little late in life for that. anyways after looking at pics of Dpsquat I would love to known your methods of cutting body fat and if any meds are needed. I know I'll never be that good but, would I like to cut up what I have. Thanks for any help
 
Don't sell yourself short bro, a lot of people get into this lifestyle late and still come out on top. Hell who wouldn't want ot look like Dpsquat so use that as motivation to get in the gym and work hard.

Losing bf is a science let me tell yeah. Without going into too much detail right now. Your two key factors that you have to work on are cleaning up your diet and doing cardio. Weight training is also very important as is adequate rest. The more lean body mass you have the more calories at rest you will be burning.

You don't need to use any AAS at this point and heck you might never want to and that is fine. Start off with eating right and training.

What are you current stats? This way we can start making something specific for your build.

Bro, cutting BF is the easy part. You can do that in a few months with the right diet and training. It's building mass that takes years and years. You don't need "meds" to cut up. Just consistent cardio and weight training and a strict high protein/low carb/mod fat diet. Start by giving us your current training program and diet. We'll go from there.
