Well I am just taking that and nothing else. I get to many sides from AS and not worth it, this IGF is making me so ripped anyways, I love it!!

sweet keep a log as to what you take how much, any sides and what it cost. that way you can show the gains in definate, and let others learn from your experience bro.

I have before pics

I am taking 5days on 2 days off

1 month on and 1 month off

50mcg's a day!

Do the math bro and it's mcg's not mg's.....when did you get the IGF?

If 4-6mcg = 1 IU then....30mcg = 5-7 IU's of GH.

What is 50mcg's of IGF-1LR3 eqaul to of HGH? 25 Iu's?

There is no way to quantitate that. How much IGF-1 your liver (and muscle) produces in response to XIUs of GH is contingent upon so many things, insulin levels being one of them. Then you factor in individual variation. One last, and very important, thing to consider is that this is LR3 and not regular IGF-1. There is simply no way to put a number to it.

I'd have to argue with you on that Einstein everyone is different and that is why supposedly it is 4-6 mcg per 1 IU of IGF. They do tests to find out if you're low in GH by testing IGF and that is how they know the approx. conversion. They also know what an 'average' person at a certain age should be producing per day of GH, hence HRT's main purpose is to help those that have an inadequate supply.

I'll grant you that....kind of. However, for BBers, everything is going to be drastically different. Our dietary intake alone will throw this off quite a bit. You also have to account for LR3 not being anywhere near equivalent to regular IGF-1. The fact alone that it doesn't become bound by IGFBPs makes LR3 many fold more potent than IGF-1. Also, you're shooting LR3 IM, and much/most (no one's sure) of it is not going systemic, which is where they get their plasma IGF-1 level measurements from. I know what you mean, but I can't really compare GH and LR3....there isn't any practical reason to even have a conversion calculation between the two IMO. They are serving 2 different purposes, although some of their most pronounced effects are common to both. I'm not trying to argue, but I don't think anyone would be able to come up with a conversion that would be meaningful or very accurate.

2 questions.
1. Can IGF-1 LR3 be injected sub-q or does it have to be IM?
2. Is GFL the same thing as LR3 IGF-1??

Don't inject it subQ. Both myself and Proud have given several reasons in this post (I believe) and another recent post about IGF-1.

I haven't heard of GFL, but I assume it stands for growth factor Long, or something to that nature. I assume they call it that to avoid problems with the LR3 patent holders.

Yeah I see what you mean einstein I guess we both are right but it can't be proven either way. I'm sure IGF is weaker than the LR3 though b/c of the inability to be binded and rendered useless in the body (which happens to the old IGF-1 version) b/c it only lasted about 6 minutes in the body b/c IGFBP-1 bound to it immediately.

thatdguy,
What exactly is GFL? Do you mean FLG? If so it's FLRG which has been shown to bind to myostatin but isn't sold anywhere that I've been able to find and only isolated within the last 2 years or so.

Also the GFL, I thought was another name for Long R3-IGF-1, but I may be wrong.. that's why I'm asking... anyone knows? email me?
