Okay, as of right now im 6,1 weigh 208 and my BF is around 10% im starting to gain a little weight with the help of presser on my diet, thank you. I've been eaten around 3700 calories a day. Im going to go ahead and do a bulk stage and then cut down. I want to know whats a good cycle to take with my bulking and one with my cuttin stage. I want to weigh about 215 after gettin cut down. And if your wanting to know i have already taken prop and then a cycle of tes 200 and deca 200 and then another cycle of eq and winny, just to let you know on what ive done and what i can do now. I workout 5 days straight thats the only way i can do it with work. I stopped cardio when i upped my cals didnt think that it would help that much right now until i cut down. Any suggestions for the both.

As early starter I would advise:

Bulk cycle:
Test enrh 10 weeks @ 500 mg/week
Dbol 4 weeks @ 30-40 mg/day

After this cycle have a 10 week break. Thats the minimum.

Cut cycle:
Its in the diet and HIT cardio. If you really want to do drugs:

Winstrol depot 6-8 weeks 50mg eod
Clenbuterol (optional, wouldnt advise it right away)

I'm cutting right now and I'm doing cyp-2000mgs(it always tightens me up)winstrol 600mgs, eq 600mgs, tren 225mgs per weeks along with arimidex, t-3 and clen. You could drop the test but like I said it's a great base-for me.
