Question on Exemestane Doseage

I just started the following cycle:

week 1: 1,500mg ICN Test Enanthate
weeks 2-10: 1,250mg ICN Test Enanthate
weeks 1-5: 100mg fina ED (actually running this till i run out which may be more than 5 weeks)
weeks1-12: Exemestane (at undetermined doseage)
clomid post cycle of course

I've done many cycles before, so no need to comment on AS doseage,,,, so nothing is new except I've always used Arimidex or Femara as an anti aromatase. On nearly identical cycles in the past 2.5mg of Femara ED has kept my estrogen levels normal, but this time I'm going w/ Exemestane. I have quite a bit but have yet to decide what doseage to run being that it is more potent than Femara which previously has been my favorite.

I have plenty of exemestane and have been taking 12.5mg ED so far, but am worried I may lower my estrogen too much, so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know ur thoughts,,,thanks,,bigjosh

sweet cycle man! as for u lowering ur estro too mch im not real sure bro ill bump for another to answer though

It's hard to say what a reasonable dose would be for that high of a test/wk dosage. 12.5mg seems reasonable, but I'm not sure....
It won't have any negative affect on lipid profiles, but if you want to add nolva to supplement for its estrogenic properties, you could do that to be safe.

Here's some pharmacodynamic info on aromasin:

Effect on Estrogens: Multiple doses of exemestane ranging from 0.5 to 600 mg/day were administered to postmenopausal women with advanced breast cancer. Plasma estrogen (estradiol, estrone, and estrone sulfate) suppression was seen starting at a 5-mg daily dose of exemestane, with a maximum suppression of at least 85% to 95% achieved at a 25-mg dose. Exemestane 25 mg daily reduced whole body aromatization (as measured by injecting radiolabeled androstenedione) by 98% in postmenopausal women with breast cancer. After a single dose of exemestane 25 mg, the maximal suppression of circulating estrogens occurred 2 to 3 days after dosing and persisted for 4 to 5 days
