Creatine & Glutamine in hot coffee?

Hi all, newbie here, i mostly read allot but i have a question that i have asked a few people at the gym who have been training a long time and to my surprise i could not get a straight answer, so i figured here would be the best place to ask, what do you think about mixing my (Creatine one teaspoon) & (one teaspoon of Glutamine) with two teaspoons of instant HOT Coffee? would the heat effect the Creatine or Glutamine? The reason i do it this way is i think it dissolves completely in the hot coffee and there is no sugar in coffee :) Sometimes i blend my Creatine with Glutamine and whey together. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
 
I've never gotten Creatine to disolve in anything, what I do is when I'm sucking down egg whites in the morning is dump a spoonfull of Creatine into the eggwhite in a cup and dump it down like a shot of tequila, I do this about a half hour before I start doing my sets so I've got some protein in my system and the Creatine keeps my ATP up in my muscles longer so I gan go further before they give out.
 
Note: it is discouraged to use caffeine while on creatine; while creatine makes your muscles hold water, caffeine will do the opposite, thereby reducing the effects of the creatine intake.

Don't mix creatine with citrus juice. Orange, grapefruit, cranberry, in fact, most fruit juices have been most recently found to neutralize the activity of creatine monohydrate. The reason is the waste product creatinine develops. A lot of you put creatine on your tongue and drink it down with grapefruit juice. If you have taken creatine this way in the past, stop it now! You are not getting creatine, you're getting waste product.

Do mix creatine monohydrate with warm water--in a glass. This is the only way to ensure you're getting the full benefits of creatine in its dry form. Creatine does not have to dissolve to be effective.

Do be sure to drink a full eight ounce glass of good water 8 times a day. Creatine pulls water from other parts of the body to perform its work in cell volumization of the muscle. This is what makes the muscle larger and firmer. Replenish your H2O!
 
Actauly I wrote an article on here maybe 3 yrs ago about creatine and alkaseltzer combined, the alkaseltzer is a sodium buffer and when you drop 2 tabs in the cup then the creatine and then obviously ur water , let it sit/fizzle half way and drink, the reason for halfway is this, ...the alkaseltzer reaction turns ur creatine into effervescent creatine, the overly priced stuff u see some compnies sell, this process makes the creatine absorbtion uptake 30% higher, now the reason to drink down while still bubbling ( or add another alkaseltzer) is because the bubbing agetates the lining of the stomach and in turn more creatine is also absorbed through this method,

So dont waste ur time on effervesent creatines, all they have realy is a sodium buffer and alkaseltzer is just this! Yes I have used it this way and would not do it any other way,
