Would it be a good idea to take an anti-estrogen, even though i train natural?

if it is advisable,
could you bros recommend a good one to take?

Wouldn't really see a need fot it. It may decrease water retention a little for you.

If your not taking anything to supress your natural test of that would convert I don't see a need for an anti e just my .02

What do you mean they are puffy? Describe it, are they sore at all?

I've heard of some "naturals" using anti-estorogens to maintain a more favorable hormonal balance. That is to reduce natural tendencies toward estrogen dominence but I don't know how that works out. But the older you become, the more estrogen dominent you also become.
