heres my diet....4 weeks out

im 4 1/2 weeks out , and looking for some info about my diet.
just want to know if this is adequate nutrition.
sun-wed
meal1
protein shake, small detour bar
meal2
chicken or steak, vegetables, small detour bar
meal3 before gym
1 scoop protein, 2 pb and j rice cakes
immediately after gym
protein shake, maybe rice cakes
meal5
chicken or steak, vegetables
meal6 before bed
shake , maybe 1 or 2 pb and j rice cakes

thursday-sat
add 2 servings oatmeal at meal1
add two servings rice at meal 2
thurs add 1 serving rice at meal 5

snacks
pb and j rice cakes
sugar free jello
sometimes just all fruit and rice cake

is there anything i should or could do different?
aprreciate all input

I cant help you on this subject to much as you know bro. I just want to bump it for you and tell you to post some before pics.
 
Everything looks good there. The only thing I would change is eating the rice cakes after your workout. It will be hard to burn off those carbs after that. Try and stick to high protien snacks such as beef jerky and nuts. Always try and keep carb intake as low as possible before bed.
 
im also doing 60 min cardio every day, will be starting morning cardio on an empty stomach for 45 min, then 30 min after workout.

yeah looks solid to me man, theres a million ways to skin a cat ya know, but nothing here looks off beat to me man, look forward to the show
