Lagging Bodypart

What body part is lagging in your opinion. No penis jokes here please.

I would have to say my back lags the most.

Followed up by my bicepts.
 
not sure it is genetic or what but my seratus is a pain in the ass to come out real well
 
Biceps, unless I pound the shit out of the several times a week I can't seem to put any size on them. I don't get it. But my legs can grow from pushing a shopping cart.

back is definately my strong point. i've just noticed that most guys with lagging backs don't do deads regularly or at all. i've been getting back to the basics by doing deads, barbell rows, dumbell rows, and pull ups and my back has been responding really well.
 
I would like to see more development in my lower pecs, I'm not a big fan of decline press though. Also my shoulders could use a little more, I havn't been able to work them as hard as I would like, do to a bad rotater cup. Shoulder press kills me sometimes.
