at the amount of time and effort people spend on the forums specifically asking and reading responses about gear use. All the interest in the esoteric compunds and protocols that are bound to take them to the next level.

The truth is.............

The time would be better spent learning more about training and diet. If you can't grow on test and tren, or test and d-ball, or test and EQ, forget it, you aint gonna grow. Of course there is more to it than that, but the bottom line is every day I see and exchange info with countless people doing exotic stacks of in many cases HUGE doses and barely growing. Diet and training are where it's at and the gear will amplify, not cause the results.

Good post. I'm always amaze at the amount of test and AS all stacked together by some people. The most test I ever did was 400mg/week and focus more on training, diet and rest!!

(Stopping banging my head on my PC)- my sentiments exactly.
I know people ask to learn, but everyday I see threads where people are using everything but the kitchen sink, and then you ask about diet... then silence.... diet plan? what diet plan?
Cycles don't have to be complicated... they are supposed to be simple, no brainer things. And yes, AS is the icing on the cake, its not the batter to make it- that's diet and training.....
I am not telling people to not ask questions- that what forums are for, but do a little research first. This site offers so much info in posts, etc. that it makes your head explode.
It's hard not to say something when someone writes I have 2 amps of sust, 30 dbol tabs, and 20 clen tabs- what kind of cycle can I make from that and can I gain 30lbs from it?
We want everyone to learn but I think its a disservice to spoon feed people without them helping themselves first.

I definitely see what you guys are saying, but here are my thoughts and I will use myself as an example. I've been training hard for over 8 years now and have put a lot of time into constructing bulking and cutting diets to go along with my training. I have also NEVER used AS. It seems that nowadays even talking about AS is taboo. When people find an open minded board like this, they do want to take advantage of the knowledge here. I know I plan to. You can learn about diet and exercise anywhere, that's why I don't think a lot of people talk about it on these boards. I however do agree with doing the research first and not just expecting to be "spoon-fed" the information". Just my .02

You indeed have a big advantage over most. You didn't put the cart before the horse- you have your diet and you take the time to plan each diet plan. People laugh at me when I tell them you can grow without AS- diet is the key. I only do two cycles a year, the rest of time its natty, and I have always done well growing the rest of the year without assistance. If you have depend on AS to grow, then you need re-evaluate everything that pertains to building muscle because something ain't right there...
 
Damn! finally something I agree on 100%. Eat, train,grow, thats all that needs to be said, AS is simply a supplement to assist you, not do the work for you even though some can , but thats what builds the dependence on using them, laziness to train, diet properly, and get enough rest. your body only re builds when you sleep no other time.

Yeah it's about time to throw in some gear though. Diet and training only get you so far, unless you have incredible genetics, which I don't.
 
I would have to agree fully on this. People sometimes ask me why they are not gaining like I do and then they tell me what they have been eating and I just shake my head in disbelief. The reason why I'm so stunned when some people ask me this is because I've already told them how much protein and callorie uptake will benifit the most. I also know guys that still get great gains off of 250mg of test a week. And its because their eating right. Well some people never learn.

i know many people at the gym who dont even know the most basic training principles and yet run mr olympia type of cycles...

Boggles the mind doesn't it? that is about 90% of the guys in my gym.
 
just an fyi i did for my very fist cycle.
was 400mgs deca and dbol 25mgs a day i hate like afreakin horse almost $500 worth of groceries and protein shakes aday. it was hard at first to eat a lot on my schedule but i did. i gained 35lbs and i trained EOD. a gallon of water a day too.
i kept 25lbs of it after the cycle and almost all muscle i still kept some water but everyone was amazed and the cycle was small!

it helped me achieve my goals but mydiet and traing was the best that did it.
6-8 reps with weight i could only lift that many times and no cardio until the last 4 weeks of it, had to help my heart and lungs too!

so this info you guys share here is great and very very very true to anyone wishing to do a cycle.

Funny you say that...I was thinking of doing that for my first cycle too. Either that or D-Bol and Sust. I know no one thinks highly of d-bol on this board, but i already have it so gotta use it. Just need either the deca or sust and some nolva/clomid first.
 
so what the diet going to be like and training routine. I dontb really care much for sust, its timing with it that makes it effective.
also dbol is just to kick start a cycle really and i used deca too with mine
Iead that if you dont grow on deca and dbol then you wont grow at all. this was many years ago but I did and i did not care about sex at that time either so not getting a hard on didnt make me care at all!

I simply trained and grew then got all the bitches..lol

I ate like a horse sometimes forcing myself to eat cans of tuna (after 6 weeks you hate it!)

Just remember there is nothing of value without a sacrifice!
 
no it was closer to per month, but felt like a day bro...lol my bad..

I once was so hungry on EQ and test cycle I ate 2 large pizzas and drank a gallon of lowfat milk, ate an order of BBQ wings, and with my last glass of milk added some cinnamon graham crackers to it (a whole pack) and ate it.. al in one sitting, im was hungry 2 hours later...

That suckd i just could not get full.
 
holy shit your a pig! I thought I was bad on EQ....lmao my 8,000+ kcal/day looks like a little baby compared to your 8000+ kcal/meal EQ diet.
