cheat day

Lets hear what some of you guys eat on your cheat day when dieting. I normally keep it calm, maybe a bagel some mini powder donuts and some hot choclate or something to that effect. However, I REALLY splurged on sunday, I feel like I screwed my progress so far. Someone tell me that 2 burgers,3 peices fried chicken, and 8 donuts and a cookies and cream cappacinno really wasn't that bad lol.
 
i hear ya on the cheat front bro, I've been trying to limit my cheat day to a cheat meal and that seems to help a lot. This way I can go a little overboard but know that it was only one meal... even if it was a HUGE meal the rest of my day wasn't so bad... lol
 
everything and anything i can get my grubby little paws on. and then, when i am too full to eat anymore, i vomit and eat again:D
 
Hell yea Queen! That is what I am talking about. Eat untill you are miserable but be sure to take some digestive enzimes to help. Your body isn't going to be used to all of that food if you have been dieting hardcore. I gained 5 lbs this weekend from my first cheat day in a while (Sat). This morning however I am right back to where I was before I had the cheat meal and my metabolism is on fire! Top of the middle weights here I come.....
 
I had a Wendy's Bacon Burger with Biggie fries and a Big Mac and chicken strips for my cheat day, damn that was good, lol
 
my life is like Groundhog Day and everyday is a cheat day and I say tomorrow I will start seriously training and cleaning up my diet ...

but hell i love my life anyway :)
