losing gains

i was just wondering what would be the best things to take for keeping your gains. ive taken clomid after all of my cycles and i still seem to lose almost half. i know i cant keep it all, but i want to keep most. Also, i am about to take anadrol for the first time. can someone tell me how much i should take(conservative amount, not overboard). i wheigh 195 at 5"11. thanks
 
If your keeping 50% of your gains you seem like your doing pretty good and are right about where you should be at. The only other things that could possibly help are a improved diet, depending on cycle hcg pre-pct, kynoselen (anti-catibolic), clentubrol (anti-catibolic). But even with all that you probably cant keep much more. Read iron-addicts forum, we all cant be 260lbs freaks in a few cycles, it dosent work that way.
 
.....bump, I like clen post cycle. Also alot of people slack off on the food intake after a cycle, you can't support new muscle if your not eating to keep it. I'm planning on giving kyno a shot when this ones over, I have a freind who does pretty well on stage, and he swears by it.
 
Diet is most important here.You can't slack off any or you will loose some gains.50mg anadrol ed should be plenty.I never run it any more than 4 weeks at a time.Be sure and take something for the liver while on such as milk thistle and drink plenty of water.

If you are losing your gains and your natural testosterone production is at a normal level then there is nothing you can do to stop the loss.

Certainly you can start eating like a pig to maintain your scale weight but you are just adding fat to your body. DO NOT OVER EAT. I know this might be hard to resist but do not do this. Just take your losses and come back hard next time you cycle.

When you are off cycle you should do some cardio training to bring up your cardio vascular capability so it can handle your new found gains. I recommend swimming to do this. Swimming is the best form of cardio. You dont get the catabolic effects of swimming because of the cool water surrounding the body. As you increase your cardio capability you will be able to pack on more mass on your next cycle!
 
when i do longer cycles i like to take hcg for 5 days every 4 or 5 weeks. that way i don't get shutdown so bad and can bring my normal levels back up quicker, thus keeping more gains.
 
Well, I say eat just as much you were on cycle if not slightly more. Add in an extra 3.5 cal per week and continue busting your ass in the gym.

Often it seems as though once people come off they let their diets, and training go. Last cycle I gained about 30 lbs and kept most of it (25 or so) by continuing to eat, and keeping my intensity in the gym.
 
Have you considered a good bridge between cycles, or maybe adding tren to your pct, It has worked wonders for me.
 
If i were trying to use clen as a bridge between cycles using it as an anti-catabolic, would it affect my natural production of test? I thought i had read clen was also anabolic in some way....?
 
thanks for the reply, what dosage would be good to use for anti-catabolic properties when coming off a cycle? I weigh 175 if that matters

A true bridge its not, for that you gotta go with low dose primo or var, some use 10mg dbol (not a big fan of that one) As far as anti-catabolic, use 120mcg ED for 14-18 days, start it with your clomid/nolv. If you can handle 160 go for it, but I start to shake like a whore in church at that point
