Best Anti-Catabolic?!

what are the bes anti-catabolic supplements to take after a cycle?
Let's say you wanna stay off juice for a while and wanna use "Natural" supplements that help maintain muscle-mass!

I know of PL and even DNP in low doses.
Someone also mentioned CLA (not sure about that one)
Also Kynoselen, but the effectivness of that one is questionable.

What you guys think? Which supplement will help you maintain better and be in an anti-catabolic state?

Lotsa protien, essential fats, CLA, creatine, glutamine............But if you only do one thing I would say it would be to keep protien sky high...............and as long as you train hard and get adequate rest you will be fine.
 
ephedrine has anti-catabolic properties when used after a cycle I do believe

the best anti-catabolic supplement is clen.

the natural route, protein, flax, carbohydrate.......

whoever told you DNP is anti-catabolic is smoking crack. it chews up muscle like crazy and can kill you. it's a UCP-1.
