tired and sleepy all day

diet is usualy the reason behind sluggishness bro, how are ur carbs? and whats ur schedule look like etc,,, could be alot of things bro
 
carbs?? what about it?? i mean,when i got up today,i still felt sleepy and wanted back to my bed.

sometimes,i felt soooo sleepy.i didn't want to workout and then i felt asleep.still wearing my workout gloves.holy shit......
 
what do u mean what about it? carbs = energy? and for the record everyone wants to go back to bed when they wake up in the morning,lmao
 
i never want to get out of bed!! but i know what you are saying. i uped my carbs and have been felling better!!
 
I hear allot about lethargy and test compounds, I run high doses and get lethargic, it sucks

I try to keep a tight sleep schedule and make it at least 10 hours of good sleep to fully energize for the next day

True about the test... I am running T3 as well as no carbs. I only get about 4 hours of sleep a night, I get up at 4:00 am to go to the gym and do 50 minutes of cardio.
By 2:00pm at work , I am dragging ass so bad(I am looking at a flat screen all day) with fluorescent lighting it gets bad.
I have to get up and walk around and make me some green tea.

Damn Bro, I don't know how you do it. I got the carbs at about 60-70 g and t3 at 75mcg and I've felt like shit ever since I stepped it up from 50. I think I might go back down soon, I'm a walking zombie and my workouts kinda suck.
 
i think it will subside week by week,i feel better today.i have been running this cycle for 4 week.the first two week,got a body ache,tired and shit.
 
I normally get a flu like feeling a wk or 2 into a cycle, strange but I can almost always count on it.

it is hard as hell--- about 1:00pm-2:00pm the bottom starts to fall out. I have to get up and walk outside where it sunny. My office is in a dungeon and there are no windows. Plus the auto thermostat keeps it at something like low 70's. I am freezing and with all that other crap, its so hard to stay awake. When I leave here at 6:00pm, I drive 25 minutes to my gym. Once I get there I am ok- its just sitting in front of a computer screen that's the hard part....
 
D-bol makes me so tired once I fell asleep on I-95 while driving.
Most of the time while on D-bol I have to sleep in my truck 15 minutes befor I can workout.

I never feel tired on test, tren or deca only D-bol.

ha..ha..ha..welcome to my world bro:D ,i fell asleep while still wearing my workout gloves.but it will subside.....you will getting better week by week........
 
Just be glad you don't suffer from sleep apnea like me, they have me on Narcolepsy meds but they make me way to wired to take. 5 minutes in front of a monitor and I'm gone.
 
Now this could be some BS, but I heard that when on a bulking cycle. If a person is EXTREMELY tired and sleepy all the time, specially after eating. That is a early sign of DIEBETES. Again I heard this from a Dr. but some of those bastards don't know much about steroids.

This is very true and it does not have to do with the steroids but rather your bodys insulin and blood sugar (glucose). Low blood sugar can make you very tired and weak and also very high blood sugar can make you tired.
 
ok..guys,it is all gone.week 4th now,no more sleepy and tired.like i said it will subside week by week,same as test flu.
