last week prep?

hey bro's, i'm two weeks out and i'm trying to get my last week prep in order.
i will be taking these supps the last week
winny 150mg ed
tren 150mg ed
proviron 100mg ed
femera 1.25mg ed
nolve 60mg ed

i will be dropping clen 3 days out and dropping down to 25mcg ed of t-3, 2 days out. the prop/susp will be dropped 7 days out.

my plan is to keep my carbs low all week until friday. then i was going to eat about 800gr of clean carbs along w/40mcgs of humulin-r throughout the day friday. will be taking about 15g of creatine with each insulin dose. my water intake was going to be 1 gal before 6pm of distilled water. will be taking a triple dose of taraxitone on friday also.

my ?'s are, will one day of carbing up be enough w/ the insulin included?

should i drink normal water or is distilled a good idea? i will be supplementing every mineral it may wash out except sodium, but i'm not going to eliminate that during carb up just no added salt.

is one gallon of water enough? could i drink more as long as i stop by 6pm? i want to make sure i have enough fluids in me to get a full carbup.

i'm 5'8 and currently 210

this is a bit long-winded i know. thank you for any input on this.

always switch to distilled water a week out....tap water is FULL of sodium. at your size, i would say you should start carb loading at least by wednesday nite.....one day is not enough, i compete at around 120ish and carb load one day out.

the amount of compounds you are using is insane too:eek: i can't believe you are running that much gear.....what contest are you doing?
 
as far as the gear i'm only planning that amount the last week. i'm currently taking 75mg winny ed w/ 100mg of tren ed and 200mg prop/susp ed, 75mg proviron ed, and femera 1.25mg ed

so i should drink distilled water starting a week out. how bout 2 days of distilled water and two days of carb loading. the last time i competed was 4 years ago, before AS and i always looked better friday then sat. so i'm trying to take that into consideration. i know my body is totaly different now then it was 4 years ago.

That amount of winny is too much bro. 50mg e.d is fine. 75mg is high (more than enough) and 150 is completely ridiculous. I'd also drop the proviron down to 50mg a day to help with the androgen levels and the SHBG (to enhance the efx of the stuff you're using).

As for carbing up I would do it the day before not 3 days out like QOD suggested but everyone reacts differently or has their own opinion so do what works best for you personally and learn from each mistake or error and keep track of them to better yourself on the stage each time.

I am with QoD- defintely switch to distilled it makes a big difference.
As for carbing up, everyone is different.
I don't carb up till two days before because I am pretty carb sensitive.
And in my honest opinion, you are running too much gear- you don't need it. I am taking the same compounds as you, but taking each at 100mg tren EOD, and 50mg winny ED, 40mcgs of T3. I switched the winny to halo this week at 20mg ED, and tren. Masteron begin today.
Anything more than 50mg of winny is a waste.
That and I am having a hell of a time staying awake at work - no carbs... I hate it!!
 
ok so i won't raise the amount of any of the compounds for the last week. i will keep it at 75mg winny ed, 100mg tren ed. i will drop the test this thurs 9 days out. i will drink 3 gal of distilled water on thurs before show. i will start my carb up w/
800 gr carbs w/ slin thurs. on friday i will drink 1.5 gal of distilled water before 6 pm. take taraxitone thruout the day, and continue the carb up with 800 gr w/ slin. i should have done a mock(sp?) run last week but i was out of town. we'll see what happens.

anymore contest guru's w/ some more imput? i know you're out there.

You hit the nail on the head- a trial run is always great a few weeks before to see make any adjustments.
I build it in my schedule for every show.
