Clen while bulking?

Have any of you ever ran say 2 weeks of Clen while on a bulking cycle? I've picked up some extra bf during this cycle and I'm wondering if the clen will be effective at eliminating fat while I'm still eating a LOT.

probably a bad idea... IMO

Clen has anti catabolic properties so you're best bet would be to run it with your PCT and try and shed the extra BF while maintaining your muscle gains

have to agree with mikeswift on this one. i'd also run it at the end in conjunction with your PCT to try to hold on to your hard earned muscle and to cut fat.

Thanks guys, will do. Boy it will sure be great on the emotional rollercoaster which is Clomid, and the earthquake hands which is clenbuteral, all at the same time! The things we do to look better than the next guy...

LOL... that's a good point, I never thought of that but it explains a lot .

Now I know why I wanted to strangle that guy at the gas station and I would have if I could only keep my fingers clenched tightly enough around his throat without trembling....

Everybody is different in the way they react to certain compounds. For example, I don't have any of the "PMS" type sides that others talk about from the clomid and the jitters from clen can be reduced significantly by some of the relaxants that are available and these jitters dissipate (at least in my experience) in about a week or so by themselves. Best of luck to you no matter what you decide to do in these regards.

Do you think clen while bulking would be counterproductive during bulking?

Or just not beneficial at all and a waste?

I'd like to know the definitive answer on whether clen is catabolic or anti-catabolic, as I've heard both and don't know which to believe. ???????

clen is anti-catabolic..anything can eat up muscle if your protein intake and cals aren't high enough..next time eat alittle cleaner on cycle...

Yes.. very good advice.. its the easiest thing but the hardest to follow...

yep, its a good anti-catabolic....use it at the end. For now eat a lot and pack on the size..strip the fat later.
Also, at the end throw in some extra glutamine...same effect.
