how to stack these?

My friend has a few cycles under his belt so to speak. He's 27yrs 195lbs 14-17%bf. He wants to add some clen,T1,T3 to his cutter.
When,how much, how long should he do the gear above.

week1-8 400-500mg Test E
week1-8 300-400mg deca
 
What's T1?

He should run the clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off starting with 20mcg working his way up to however much he can handle. (usually about 140 or so)

Bump for info on T3...I forget the protocol for that...I think its start at 20 and increase by 20 ed until you reach 100 then ramp it back down by 20 ed until you're done.

BTW....there is plenty of information on clen and t3 if you use the search funtion.
 
Yeah, he's gonna hold water with that combo. But If thats what he is gonna do then most will run the t3 in a pyramid going from 25 to 75 then back down, over the course of 6-7wks. I've gone to 100 before but felt like hell, 50-75 seems like a good range to see results and still feel yourself. Run the clen at 120-160 mcg for 18 days max, then switch to the t3 and hit it again post cycle with proper PCT. I would like to see him add in some prop and switch up the deca for the eq, but you can cut on any gear if your diet and cardio are in check.
 
Good info brew....I have a bottle of t3 and clen that's been sitting here for awhile. I need to start cutting, but I hate feeling shaky, and hot. lol.
