What gains should I expect?

I am fairly new to this. I am about to take a cycle of test 400, and deca 200, i was just gonna mix 1/2cc of each to give me 1cc and take twice a week. Good? Bad? What kind of results should I expect after 8 weeks
 
We need a lot more info than that.What are your stats,is this your first cycle,what is your diet like?There's no set rule for gains.If your diet is good and you work hard good gains can be made,but if you don't have the diet right you wont get much I don't care how much gear you use.

Well, I generally eat well. Usually a lot of chicken pork, occasionally beef. I am a pretty big eater. I really dont have a hard time gaining weight. I took just test 400 back in january, i only took 4 weeks worth and had to quit bc of baseball season, i started back after the four weeks, at the beginning of the first cycle, i weighed 158, at the end i weighed about 183. I dropped back down to about 168ish, i finished the second weighing close to 190, i now weigh consistently 173-174. I eat a lot. I remember the last time it seemed like i stayed hungry. Should i go with a deca 300, or would that be too much, and should i just stay with 200? also, how should i dose it?
 
BUMP SWOOL...i would like to see you on about 500mg of test and 400mg of deca. here is what i do for my diet...i eat six meals a day, first i get down all the protien i am required for each meal (about 60g except post workout where it's 100g), then i eat carbs until i'm not hungry anymore. i eat mostly good carbs like baked potatoes, pasta, rice...and if i want like 20 chocolate chip cookies i'll eat them too.
 
I did the same cycle 5months ago. Using British dragon cyp and greek yellow top deca. Went from 12st to 13st in 3wks about 16%-17%bf. Kept protein at 1.5g per lb. Strenghth was amazing. I hope you enjoy the cycle as much as i did.

2 Packages of Natural Oatmeal
1 Banana
1 Apple
2 Scoops of Whey Protein
= 60g Protein, 90g Carb, 6g Fat
= 650 Calories

Meals 2/4
2 Whole Wheat Multi-Grain bagels
2 Chicken Breasts (or equal substitute)
= 100g Carb, 50g Protein, 10g Fat
= 690 Calories

PWO
- 2 Cups of Wheat Rice
- 2 Scoops of Protein Whey
- 1 Large Apple
= 120g Carb, 50g Protein, 10g Fat
= 770 Calories

Your total for the day is...

4100 Calories with...
320g Protein
590g Carb
48g Fat



this is a simple idea of a good bulker, I ran something similar but with some evoo and whole milk and wheat everything, my guess at the above doses of test and deca and with proper pct is anywhere from 12-20 keepable pounds-wheelz

I like 750mg test and 500mg deca or EQ. Drink 2-3 weight gain shakes per day if that convenience is needed and eat everything in site. I dont count calories on my bulkers. I just never stop eating.

Wheelz has a great outline and if your good and disciplined with it you would do very well. I on the other hand do well pre-packing some meals and stopping at fast food places and getting a shit load of burgers.

Is this your first cycle?? If so....then 400mg of test (cyp or Enth) is good to start with. But I would move the Deca to 300mg! This is just a better mix! Also, your results will depend on your diet! You will need lots of quality protien(400-500gm ed).....such as Chicken, fish and Beef! Pork is fine but make sure its lean!

Also, make sure to take a multi vitamins/minerals mix.....these elements are important to growth!

Just my 2 cents!
