Trying to get more cut!!!

Trying to get more cut look here. Have hit the tredmill every day now for week solid now for 15-20mins......taking eff, caffine, ect to help burn it more. Have cut my diet down to almost nothing but shakes with 1 cup skim milk 1 cup water protien and bananna
hit those 4 times a day and eat chicken breast and 1oz of rice 4 times also every 2 hrs. drink water like it's going out of style. I know it will take awhile here but if you guys can give me some input would be great. Also 750mgs of eth and 300mgs of prop.....that's all I have left. Need help. Thanks
 
Here you go, CHange your cardio routine. Do Interval sessions for 15 miutes of high-low. 1 minute high and 1 minute low. U can either do wind sprints or run stadiums. This form of cardio is anaerobic so it will hold onto LBM and tap into stubborn fat stores. Do these first thing in the morning 2-3X week and also do long, slow, steady sessions for 40-45 mintues. THese will help get that last little bit.

Speed work is always the way to go when it comes to cutting fat and holding onto lean body mass.
 
Are you drinking 8oz skim milk x 4 ED?

I'd cut out the skim milk. It contains lactose which I believe is a simple sugar. I had the same problem prepping for my first show. I cut out the skim milk while prepping for the next one and saw a considerable difference in my abs & serratus.
 
Yup skim milk contains 9 grams of simple sugars which is big no-no when ur tyring to cut. I would also kill all the sahkes with the xception of the PWO. I would also upp your EFA's.
 
Cut the shakes out

Cut all those shakes out, if your cutting up you dont need those shakes... pick up ground turkey and chicken at 99% fat free...have red meat onece a week and take your efa's before bed...take in a lot of water and take in 6 meals a day and have carbs with the 1st 5 meals and the last keep it to straight protein... Yams, Potatoes, oatmeal, corn etc!!! If you must then have one shake a day and save that for last meal but you will be hungry so I say keep it to food.... cardio just walk 35-40mins 5 days a week.... Do it in morning or after you work out.
 
Cut the Milk and the Banana's

They both have loads of sugar.

Sugar tells your body to store fat bro'

Mix Water with the shakes, replace your banana's with Vegetables like Brocolli, Asparagus and Carrots.

Its alll about your self confidence bro. And your attitude. Hate to say it cause i'll get hell from it but act like you dont give a shit and you'll be fine. Dont pay them any mind, your the one in control NOT them. In other words, dont act desperate.

Oh yeah, and i wouldnt eat carrots cause they have alot of sugar to, unprorccessed but alot none the less.
