EVOCASH dead or having problems?

Is evocash now dead? I see it's being dropped by a lot of people as a means of payment? I've used it before quite some time ago without problems. Just wondering if anyone knows what is going on with it.

I'm pretty sure they are no more. Not 100% sure, but I think I remember hearing this.

It closed down 3 weeks ago, they say they're going to refund the money of the people like me who had hundreds or thousands of dollars in their accounts but so far no one has gotten a dime.

Thats why I dont put my money in any bank. I want the security of keeping it tangible. If some serious shit was to go down, the bank could freeze your assets.
