I agree with firefrye that Zander could give great advice, but as Dick pointed out, he was asked three times nicely but wouldn't say anything (not like there's really a secret to what he did), and normally (repeat, NORMALLY) one will give some form of advice when asked how they were able to achieve their results, _especially_ when one posts to a site whose purpose is to discuss those very things (nutrition, performance enhancing substances, etc.) that helped them get that way. You naturally end up asking yourself, "why did he post here (with all his pics) then if he doesn't want to discuss anything--maybe he just wanted to show himself off?" However, when it comes down to it, the guy does have the choice to tell all or say nothing at all. I am really impressed by Zander's physique, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't jealous (I'm in no way genetically blessed like he is), and I'm disappointed that he doesn't want to share, but if he wants to keep secrets, then let him. I've done really well considering my circumstances, and I'm no worse off for not hearing his "secrets." The mods have helped me a lot this year, and I try to return the favor when I can (thanks, guys!). I've come further in my training in the last year than the last three years combined on my own. For example, I broke through the 225 barrier this year and am now maxing out at 275 for the bench press. Adding 50 lbs to your bench is no small feat within a year.
