My first exercise will be 4-5 sets (including warm-ups) ranging from 6-20 reps.
After that, i do 1-2 balls out sets per exercise. More of the Dorian approach. Since employing this, it seems like my muscle density has gone up quite a bit.
I might do 3-4 sets for arms, but i usually stay pretty low. Prolly around 10-12 sets per bodypart.
