winny and clen?

How would you run winny and MC clen together? Cals would be about 2500 a day protein well over 250 a day and 1.5 gals of water a day. Would cardio be necessary? I was thinking about running the winny for 8 weeks, also would it be better to run 50mg every other day, 25 everyday, or 50 a day? Never used winny, Im excited, after 3 years my fat butt finally gets to cut!
 
i would run winny @ 50mg/day, and the clen start at 20mcg/day...then work your way up to no higher than about 60mcg/day..i think you can go a little higher to like 80mcg but i'm not sure. and yes i would do cardio...the clen will just help speed things along.

are you using just winny?
 
bump flex, hit the cardio first thing in the am 3 times a wk min. I would start the clen at 20mcg 3 times daily take your last dose before 5-6 pm or your not going to sleep. Work it up to where you feel comfortable, I find that 120 ED split up 3 times is my threshold.
 
Run Clen the WHOLE time? Ive only been running 60mcg of MC Clen lately, Im stopping tommorrow and starting my ECA, I think Ive got used to it. And Brew, the reason we arent running test is because we CANT find test. Im in Florida man, its almost impossible to find anything, anwehre theres a beach theres high demand. Im screwed, I havent even acquired winny yet and Im in my 3rd week of hunting. Im gonna take Methyl-D for 4 weeks before hitting up the winny at 12mg. Should I run the M-D weeks 1-4 and winny weeks 2-10? Overlap it a little. Methyl-D has test in it. Last question! How much "less" effective is it running the winny oraly? Hows it taste? Can i cap it and take it as a pill? Thanks brew and flew!
 
dont cap your winny...make it into an oral solution. this will give ou a much more accurate dose.

gains wise, i don;t think there much difference (if any) between oral or injected. you might get some site enhancement while using it only because it will irritate the muscle and swell it up, but as soon as you go off, so will your "site enhancement".

i would seriously try and find some test prop, and maybe some npp(nan. phenylprop [fast acting deca]) to incorporate as well.
 
Yeah your right run the clen/eca alternating every two weeks. If you can only handle 60 then so be it, go with what your comfortable with.
